Giovanni's The Big Cheese — Restaurant in City of Oneida

If you have lived anywhere other the Oneida NY you will have had the chance to have real pizza. Giovanni's is the real deal and is hands down better than Pepi's in Oneida. Anyone who says otherwise clearly has never had real pizza or never ventured out of the area. HOWEVER TO ORDER A LARGE CHEESE AND PEPPERONI WITH 20 WINGS AND HAVE IT COME TO $50.00 IS COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! FOR THAT REASON ALONE YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! $30-35 LIKE IT WAS JUST 9 MONTHS AGO WAS A REASONABLE PRICE! NOW YOU ARE JUST INSULTING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND CLEARLY YOUR CUSTOMER RETENTION IS NOT IMPORTANT. AND TO CLAIM THE COST OF CHICKEN WINGS HAS GONE UP IS THE WORST EXCUSE, THERE IS NO WAY THE COST HAS INCREASED THAT MUCH WHEN YOU CAN WALK INTO ANY GROCERY STORE AND BUY A 3LB BAG FOR 15-16.00 DOLLARS. IF YOUR SUPPLIER IS USING THAT EXCUSE FIND A NEW SUPPLIER. FURTHER MORE YOUR MARGIN ON PIZZA IS HIGH ENOUGH TO OFF SET YOUR INCREASE IN WINGS. YOU DONT REALLY EXPECT THE PUBLIC TO BELIEVE IT COST YOU 15-17 DOLLARS TO MAKE A LARGE DO YOU? IF YOUR LOCATION COST HAS INCREASED FIND A NEW LOCATION, TO BE HONEST THE ONE YOU HAVE NOW IS NOT ALL THAT GREAT TO BEGIN WITH, PARKING IS VERY LIMITED AND AND YOUR IN DRUG HOUSE CENTRAL. YOU HAVE OPTIONS TO KEEP YOUR COST LOW, MAKE A PROFIT AND KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS..... YOU JUST NEED TO BE WILLING TO...

My pizza finally arrived, and I'm sure it would have been awesome if it was warm. I ordered at 415pm and was told no delivery time or that I was apparently out of their delivery range. Also no one asked how I would be paying, so i wasn't informed until the pizza arrived that I couldn't pay with a card. I called several times while waiting about my pizza and was told each time it was on the way (the pizza shop was 5 miles away). I finally received it after 530, was then informed I had to pay with my card over the phone which no one asked about, and then find out my pizza is cold. After calling the manager Desirae about this she told both my boyfriend and I that we were wrong and they would not fix our pizza or anything of the sort. She then continued to call us rude and still not fix the order, she even refused to give us the owners number after paying $30 for a medium pizza and mozzarella sticks. Worst service, will...

Just found out about and tried Giovanni's for the first time. I don't know how I had never heard of them before! We ordered an xl half pepperoni half pepperoni and pineapple pizza, a calzone, ten everything wings and two cannoli. Everything was absolutely delicious.

The xl pizza slices are huge. The sauce and dough are excellent, as is the cheese. In my opinion their pizza has the perfect ratio of crust, sauce, and cheese if you're a cheese lover like me. The dough itself is so good.

We ordered the wings extra crispy and with everything sauce. Their everything sauce is spot on.

The price for everything and the portions we got was reasonable and on par with/ better than other pizza places.

I cannot say enough good things, this is definitely a favorite...
