First off watch the huge pothole as your driving in, this could seriously damage someone's vehicle. I haven't been a huge fan of this location for awhile but decided to give them another try because they are closest to where I live. So first I fell into that huge pothole. We were already off to a bad start. Then I pulled ahead there was maybe 5-6 vehicles in front of me. No problem!!! But the line wasn't moving at all. It took at least 5-7 minutes per car. When I finally got up to the window I thought it was going to be smooth sailing, because I finally made it š² I was wrong. It was at least another 5-7 min wait per car to get the order. What are they doing in there, as the line wraps around the building, and people are falling into the huge pothole??? At that point I was wondering if the coffee was actually worth the wait. It wasn't. No coffee is worth a 45 minute wait. They don't put enough syrup in it. So if you don't like falling into potholes and extra long wait times, your probably better off making coffee at home. The coffee came within a minute, though when the worker brought the hashbrowns she said "pesto". So I didn't go to the counter because that wasn't what I ordered. A little later I asked how long does it take for hashbrowns, since I saw other customers after me receiving sandwiches. Finally, 10 minutes after i ordered, the same worker asked me again what I ordered. Then the worker who called my order pesto said these are your hashbrowns. When I told her that she originally called it something different, she said that was because their probably was a drive thru order for pesto. No apology for her mistake. I wanted to pick what 6 donuts went in my box but you can't do that from the kiosk..... I asked an employee if there was someone who could wait on me (yes, the drive-thru was busy but there was at least 1 woman working, avoiding eye-contact with me as I waited). He delegated the man filling the ice machine to help me WHEN HE WAS DONE WITH THE ICE. That task took longer than I wanted to wait, especially since there appeared to be at least 1 other person who could have waited on me in the meantime. And then, the original employee I asked for assistance left, saying he'd be back in a half hour. VERY poor...
