Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Plattsburgh

Dunkin donuts in dannamora is located inside maggys pharmacy. This DD is the best of all the other ones around the plattsburgh area cuz the employees r very polite and respectful. The manager there is an amazing lady and always addresses problems or complaints about any concerns a customer may have at any time. The best part about this particular DD is they pay attention to what I told them which specific stuff I want in my coffee and they r always on target to the taste I desire of the coffee! So just to let all DD customers if u want great customer service, friendly employees and the best coffee of all the DD dannamora is the place you'll get just that...

Ordered a sausage, egg & cheese croissant. They completely forgot the egg, when we went in to correct it the person making it seemed to have an attitude when it was her own fault. Hash browns tasted freezer burnt and were honestly to gaging point old/bad. Coffee wasn't even stirred but overall it was good. Horrible service and workers, they definitely do not check on their food in the freezer as well. I'd be shocked if they even put time stamps on anything like they're supposed to. Definitely do not recommend...

The new tables and set up is so much nicer. Even feels cleaner.

Amanda is the BEST!! She is ALWAYS so nice. Always polite and professional. She always ensures my drinks are made to perfection. She is just...great! Whenever I walk in there and see that she is there...I KNOW my drinks will be made on point and that I will be happy with their service.. I really appreciate her. She helps my day to start off well ..and THAT is priceless.
