TLDR: Extremely LONG WAIT, POOR SERVICE, no corrective action.
Ordered at 6:45 finally ate at 9:10. Too busy to answer the phone (I should have walked away at this point and went to the sushi place in Matamoras) Against my better judgement I went in the store and placed an order. Was told it would be 40 mins it ended up being over 2 hours. we ordered 2 soups (which of course came out immediately) and 6 rolls os sushi which took forever and a day. They were busy I get it but they were completely understaffed which clearly is a management issue. We returned 50 minutes later knowing how swamped they were THEY DIDNT EVENT START MAKING OUR SUSHI) People would walk in walk up to the sushi place say I had a dragon roll and the sushi guy would look up and say I'm making a dragon roll (Yea buddy you're making my dragon roll not his) So after waiting OVER 2 HOURS we took our freezing cold soups and sushi and finally ate hungry and angry. Here's the kicker we ordered 6 rolls of sushi and received 3 packets of soy sauce common sense would dictate 1 per roll but common sense does not seem to be resource readily available at this establishment. 2 stars because the sushi wasn't bad. If MGMT tried to do something for me about the long wait I would consider trying them again but unfortunately they have lost my business forever,...

I had the pleasure of dining at 3 Ninja in Port Jervis, New York, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish! The restaurant itself is charming, nestled amidst picturesque mountains which add to the overall ambiance.
The food was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't get enough of their hibachi dishes; they were incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. If you visit, you absolutely must try the Bang Bang Shrimp - it's an explosion of taste that you don't want to miss! The Louisiana Roll was also a delicious choice, fresh and satisfying.
The service was impressive as well. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed in a timely manner. It’s clear that they really care about providing a great dining experience.
3 Ninja is not just a restaurant, it's an experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. I can't wait for...
Read morePretty good maki rolls. I tend to prefer the simpler rolls and these were very good. I also tried the more elaborate volcano roll, however it was a bit overly drenched in sauce for my liking- I couldn't taste the main ingredients. I get it that people like the sauce as the main attraction, so if that's you, go for it.
Regarding the other comments about long waits and poor service, I ordered in the middle of the day, so didn't experience any of that. The three or so people I interacted with were super nice. The place just opened, people- it takes time to work out the operational kinks and peak periods. If they can improve on service and managing expectations, the loyalty will grow.
Also, if they can get set up with delivery services, it'll be an added bonus and increase business.
I'm just glad we have a sushi spot and more variety in PJ. Haven't tried the hibachis or poke bowls yet, but 3Ninjas is definitely...
