When the management of the place is cheap it is not for me

We bought 2 breakfasts, coffee and large tea. I always have tea with milk and I was happy to discover that the place have Paris tea that I recently learned to appreciate, so I ordered large cup with milk. The tea back size is might be good for small cup, but it will definitely be not enough to give only one tea bag for large tea, so I asked for one more tea bag and the seller wanted to charge me for that full price for an extra cup!!! Not extra dollar but for one extra tea. Seriously?!?! I asked them to make a new tea for me in a small cup, because this is just a water that is not even colored well, and the guy took the cup and after 10 minutes said that he will make a new cup only if I will stand again in the line again. I already was in the line, the seller already took my cup of tea back, and now only because he was annoyed by me and wanted to teach me a lesson he wanted to force me to stand in the line.

** So trying to charge me for an extra tea bag is cheap, but to teach lessons some annoying customer is really bad!

So the place was nice and cozy We were a 2 guest party. I ordered Waffe,eggs, bacon note everything is separate so that means $$$$$. The waffle was good bacon was good as well but I ordered eggs with cheese. The eggs didn't look nice presentation wasn't good they basically slapped the eggs on a plate and there wasn't any cheese which I asked for.. So I went to the counter and told the young lady I asked for cheese in my eggs she said ok sorry. I sat back down and they came back for the eggs LONG behold they took the eggs I had put it basically back on the grill and added cheese.. Me I thought they would have gave me new eggs with the cheese.. What they came back with was black eggs topped with cheese.. I never leave bad reviews but this blew my mind... Let me tell you what you get when you walk in the door at the Poughkeepsie grind! 1st a smile and warm welcome. They treat each customer as important as the next. The workers there are top notch. They are always willing to go above and beyond. Now that brings me to the owners, what can I say? Hmm they're not that awesome....lmao jk The owners are amazing. Down to earth, funny and they work well together. Its a husband and wife team and they smash it. I think it works so well because they truly like, love and respect each other. Want to give young couple an idea on how a mariage should look, let them watch these two work together. And to top it all of shes pregnant. Still smiling, still laughing and still delivering one happy customer after another. Just amazing, thank you guys... Now never leave...
