Burger King — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Ordered thru the drive thru & requested fresh food as you can see the fish sandwich meal I ordered wasn't fresh at all I asked for cheese there wasn't any on my sandwich in it looked old like it's been sitting for a while the cheese looked like it was sucking off as if this fish sandwich was already previously made honestly something fresh wouldn't look like this at all. I just feel like that is disgusting to be serving your customers old food that was already previously cooked I always before even days before that has been sitting for a while and we are trusting you guys to serve us fresh food I mean you are taking our money so what we are paying for should be fresh at all times and this is a fish sandwich the lettuce looks old there wasn't any tomatoes on there either in I asked for no pickles It looked like pickles was on the sandwich and they had to get off It is sad because I honestly don't believe that restaurants should pre-make the sandwiches because when they sit around they're not fresh anymore because they're sitting even if they're sitting under heat that definitely effects the food quality. I honestly feel like I got ripped off because I paid for cheese I did not get cheese at all what I requested I did not receive and I feel like us as customers we are spending on her own money we should get what we pay for not what they thought we deserve. And I usually will come to this restaurant and sit down in the inside and eat because it's comfortable on the inside but last time that I sat there and ate there I heard the manager fussing with one of the employees saying hurry up and pick that burger off the floor and wrap it up before one of the customers see that it fell on the floor and me and my partner stop eating our food because we heard them in the back talking about the burger that fell on the floor and I'm like so they're going to continue to wrap this burger up a service to somebody knowing that it fall on the floor so you have to be very careful where you eat at because just because the neighborhood is a nice neighborhood does not mean that there are nice cleanly people around the sad part is I love Burger King but some of these restaurants behind the whole lot of secrets in the kitchen so be careful where you choose to eat from and always check your food before you leave the restaurant if you go through the drive-thru because you never know You might not get exactly...

Can not rate the food because I did not get any. They stopped making breakfast 15 min before breakfast hours were over. They offered to make my sandwiches if I could wait 15 min. Seriously there were several cars in the drive through all wanting breakfast. I will never go back to this location as they have become habitually unreliable. You place the order and drive there you expect your food. They could have cancelled my order and at least save me the trip. If they do not want to serve breakfast until all the way up to 10:30 (not 10:15. Then they should close their breakfast at 10. You can place an order for pick up here but do not be shocked if you get there and they tell you that are out of what you ordered. The dollar nugets r dangerously poison i bought an oder of it over the drive trough and just took a bite out of a nuget and didnt like the taste and pass it to my girlfrien she said she dont want any and pass them to her two kids the kids had some but trew most of it away boy we got sick like a dog with a bite of them cheap nugets be carefull i dont wish this poisson to my worst enemy, we took the kids to urgent care next morning and i know time will heal but be careful out there this people working @ the fast food joint just work for ther pay check most of them cant tell whats good food or bad there not trained for food inspection just fry serve next.this hapen about three years ago and every time i see the dollar nugets deal on tv i get flashback and u will see my...
