Fortune Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I ordered from them over $20.00 worth of food and believe it or not I waited 2 hrs until my food arrived I called them to let them know I will be sending it back no one should have to wait 2 hrs I don't know where the food have been they always retry their chicken wings which can't be safe for you to cook chicken them let the chicken sit out for hrs then recook it when a customer wants it cannot be allowed in my eyes by the health depth I would say if you can go to the restaurant and watch and see for yourself the owner really dosent care about customers so since I would not accept the food is cannot order from them which would tell you something in this world in which we live people will never admit their wrong or be able to see their wrong I don't know anyone in their right mind who would have accepted that food just a shame people don't care when they are doing a service the way I see it if you don't care and your heart isn't in...

I had the worst experience I've ever had in customer service when ordering from Jing Li. Their delivery man yelled at me, tried to hit me, did not want to give me my food, had a dog in the car, had his girlfriend in the car, and was smoking all while delivering my food. His attitude was terrible, and he was so out of control I had to call the police. I called the restaurant informing them of the situation. They promised to have the manager call me, and give me a refund on my food, but neither have happened. I will never order food from here again. I advise the same to anyone else. This restaurant has terrible customer service overall, and the food is subpar for all...
