Taco Bell — Restaurant in City of Rochester

The manager Austin was working diligently to make things happen in that store , I placed an online order for pickup at 7:15pm , I got a text at 6:20 saying my order was ready . I called and spoke with Austin the manager, he was so kind and immediately was willing to correct the situation. My husband arrived and upon arrival said that Austin was the only one running around to each employee to help and make things run smoothly! We need more employees...

The service was fast and the employees were very nice. But every item in our order was either missing ingredients (quesadilla sauce), had ingredients that were supposed to be left out (lettuce in a burrito(allergy)), or outright missing. The missing item was quickly replaced. The rest was not opened until we got home and was disappointing. If I come back I'll be eating in so I can make sure I get...
