Learn moreVery nice! The new location is awesome. I had been meaning to get in here and try a slice since they were in the old location and never did it till today.
I had a regular cheese slice. The slice was awesome! Not sure if it was four dollars awesome, but it was amazing, Hot and fresh and tasty even though it was from the case. Of the zillions of slices I have had in this county, this was the first slice I've had where the dough tastes right. By that I mean like classic New York City pizza. It was thick, and upstatey, but where most of the local pizza is tough to chew, this was soft but not mushy and just freakin right!! Sauce & cheese are A+ awesome. The menu is extensive. They offer plates and pasta dinners and subs and wings among other things. I want to try everything.
When the other location closed I was sad. I had done a lot of deliveries from this place and it always looked amazing. Today I found the new location next to country Sweet and I'm so excited that they moved and didn't just go away!
As the local economy goes, the prices here are very good, maybe the best. I still pay a buck a slice at home, $2.50 for a 2 slice combo with a can of coke, and $7.99 for a large 20" pizza on Tuesdays, so $4 for a slice of regular stings quite a bit.

Read moreCalled on a Saturday around 6:00 I Ordered 2 Subs . When I called to see how long my order was taking ( been over 50min ) I was told how "busy " He was @ Almost an Hour later . Now I live on south Ave I had to call back and said how it's been over 1hour and 15 min and no longer want the food. Since it was going to be cold and soggy .
I spoken to the Owner He was mad and annoyed that I had called back to cancel my food . What so Unprofessional manner in voice tone and than I was sworn at. Hung up on .. I had called 2xs about my order now I asked for my money back and was sworn at . After he freaked out! I was told . I'm not getting my money and to call the police. Which I did . Bye rhix time after 8:15 . The driver called and Apologized for his lastness and was told I did get my Refund.
If you have a Business and can't handle late dinner orders on a Weekend Night. You need more employees and stop taking orders until u catch up . Your Business will fail and your customers will get better service and food from someone where else. I haven't really ordered from this place in forever, but I ordered through Uber eats tonight after they tempted me with a promo code and I ended up leaving a bad review, which does not belong to Mr. shoes. I feel like I owe Mr. Shoes an apology and some money. Uber eats of course shifts blame and has terrible customer service so when 1/3rd of my order was missing, which is entirely the fault of the driver and NOT the restaurant (I delivered GrubHub before, it's not hard to confirm your orders), I gave a 1 star review. That review belongs to Uber eats and their driver (who wasn't the person pictured/named in the app) NOT Mr. Shoes. I'm not sure who eats the cost of the refund, but if it's the restaurant, that's ridiculous. I don't live that far away, the driver could have gone and picked up my food and been back within 15 minutes or I could have just picked it up myself, but Uber doesn't allow you to call or even do an online chat and automatically issues a refund.
