I just came in for a few drinks for my family and the way i was greeted through the drive through was so nice! When i got to the window unfortunately i didn’t catch her name but she had really bright pink hair, she was so nice she complimented my car and style. She made really nice conversation and listened to me after i had a bad day, she also offered ways for myself to have a good night i thought that was so sweet and above and beyond. A worker i think her name was casidy also was very polite she also complimented my car! Not only that but i saw the other two workers working on my drinks, one had a cool among us yellow pin and the other had a blond and brown hair bun tied up. They were very quick and efficient with it and they tasted amazing!! Usually when i come in mornings for my drink it’s always too little or to much. Def coming more at night! Needless to say they all made my night, i cant wait to keep coming at night to those people! So professional and definitely on top of everything! I hope they read this when i say thank...

My fiancé ordered 2 drinks from the East Ave location tonight, a large black iced coffee and an iced toasted white mocha latte. The workers charged him for 3 drinks - 2 hot lattes and the iced coffee. He tried explaining to the worker that he only ordered 2 drinks and that the latte should be iced. He then yells at the other guy making the drinks should all be iced. So then, the male worker comes back with a tray of 3 drinks with the 2 hot lattes and the iced coffee. He tried explaining AGAIN that this was the wrong order and that the cashier just tried explaining that to the person making the drinks. The worker then responded, "no you didn't ask for iced. This is what you asked for so this is what you get." MIND BOGGLING that the workers are arguing this much about what the order should be when we were the ones that ordered the drinks. Absolutely disgusting. Never going there again even though I live 5 minutes down the road, I will drive out of my way to go to another Dunkin simply because of this horrible...
