I tried all weekend to switch my phone service from Spectrum to T-Mobile via the phone to avoid going out during a pandemic. After spending over 7 hours with various tech support numbers and being told it was the other guy's problem, I was told that I needed to go into their stores to solve the problem. I visited T-Mobile first. They couldn't solve my problem and said to go to Verizon. They weren't any help either. They said to go to T-Mobile and threat to call customer service to force them to help me, because they were just being lazy. T-Mobile told me I should have come to the store first because their own phone tech support can't do a good job and they created my problem. I pointed out that the other customers in their store weren't wearing their masks over their noses and I didn't feel safe in their store. After 3 wasted hours, I went back home frustrated. Each time I visit, there's usually ONLY 1 cashier waiting on a long LINE of Customers that extends all the way to back near CLEANING products. Yet, you CAN clearly HEAR CHIT CHATTING in the office up front where Managers usually are. They also can "see" line of Customers but simply refuse to come out to assist! This has happened TWICE. So while there recently, I decided to look up Store's telephone number, CALL & suggest they please send someone out to assist! After a few mins. Someone FINALLY emerged.
