Read moreI stop in every morning for my coffee and not only does the morning staff when they see me start it, and ha e it ready before I have time to tell them what I'd like, I'm out the door. I've read thru some of the reviews and while I can agree with some of them, let's try and remember folks that the industry itself is a stepping stone to the work force industry. For most of them, it's like when I was a kid and had my first paper route. All be it, was a different time and I took my job seriously. It's not the case with alot of today's youth. There is always room for improvement and remember that however left out and dissatisfied you feel as a customer, that you as a customer also have to go above and beyond to show them that if it be there unprofessionalism, or rudeness or whatever the case may be. You yourself do not result in the same manner or tactics to explain why your dissatisfied with the current service. And in closing, I realize my review maybe extremely lengthy, but I feel it's important to always have a wider spectrum to view the obvious and look at the long list of why's and why not's. Than to charge ahead and forget the key values of what makes us human. And for me it, it's understanding and forgiveness. Like the old saying goes. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Then it's your turn to decide who be fooled again. I'm not Dr Phil and have a...
Read moreWent to the store at 420 Monroe Avenue. Closed as they were doing something with the parking lot so fine whatever. Go to the one on Culver Road that Google says is 24 hours. They're closed. Okay....finally go to the one on East Avenue and arrive around 4:20am and decide to sit and wait until 5am when the store was supposed to open. This opening time was not only listed on Google but the door of the damn resturant. Go up to the drive thru around 5:02 and hear nothing after 2 or 3 mins. Pull around to check the door around 5:05. Locked. Go back to the drive thru. Decide to pull up to the window (around 5:10am at this point) and they say they're closed. Go back to the one on Culver to see if they're open. Still closed despite it being listed as 24 hours. That one I would assume just needs a change on Google but the one on East Ave. Beyond ridiculous. I sit there for 45 mins just be told they arent open 10 mins after they said they would be open? And your employees want 15 an hour for that nonsense? I know you guys have millions of customers a day so it doesn't matter but I'll be getting my breakfast from Dunkin Donuts from now on. At least they open when they say...
