McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Recently I went to this location with a friend. I had a promotion I had received in a mail. I got my order and sat down , My friend got his a few seconds later. We started to open the wrappings and I took a bite. very dry and not much taste. My friend had no complaint . He just had a double cheese burger. Mine was a Big Mac. Long time since I had a Big Mac. I was surprised to find nothing but buns, hamburgers, and cheese. My friend's was better and his was off the dollar menu. I took it back up to the counter, and showed the cashier. She responded by saying they were out of shredded lettuce. Somehow I thought there was supposed to be something special about a Big Mac. I asked to speak to a manager and this guy came up from the back area and basically said the same thing, Though, he did say he could put a flat leaf of lettuce on it. But he never took my two burgers and returned to the back. I waited, waited, waited, and never saw him again. So I asked for my money back. My friend meanwhile had finished hi order. And we left. I came to realize I did not get back my promo coupon back. Not that I want to stop there again, I stop often to other McDonald's on the way to Brockport or in Brockport on my way to work or school. I enjoy your bacon egg and cheese biscuit, I was really disappointed with the food and the "who cares" attitude with the establishment nearest my residence. I only once before had a bad experience at a McDonald's. However, The manager stepped in a quickly took care of the situation, She happened to be near by and saw what had happened. I could tell then that this was a one time mistake and was not the norm. I do hope things improve at the Lake Ave. restaurant. The guys that have worked for me liked to grab a quick lunch from...

The worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds. I waited over twenty minutes to get to the ordering speaker. Once there, I noticed that the guy in front of me ordered 4 mcchicken sandwhiches. I had seen that there were no cars in front of him at the windows so I thought, oh good, that shouldn't take long. The lady said shed be right with me. 7 minutes later (I timed it. Seriously, 7 minutes.) She came back and took my order. I couldnt get the meal because their soda machine was broken. Fine, sandwich and fries it is. I pull to the window. Two workers were chit chatting. One finally takes my card and disappears around the corner to run my payment. Why she had to walk past three machines to do it, idk. Shes sipping a juice box the whole time. Gives me my card back, then goes to the counter and starts eating something. Meanwhile, they've left the window open so I can hear them tell the people behind me they'll be right with them, which takes them maybe three or four minutes to actually do, then tell each other the soda machine isn't actually broken its just being cleaned, and that her daughter lying in the booth in the closed dining room has fallen asleep again. One of them was slowly filling a container with straws (when the machine wasnt even working...) And the other was eating, chatting, and finally taking orders. I finally got my food, over a half hour after I first drove up to the bldg. Dont go at night to this mcdonalds. The late shift cant even be trusted to do the minimum amount of...

Slowest Mc. Donald's I have ever visited in my life. It took them 45 min to fill my order while going through the drive thru. They were taking orders one at a time by virtue of not taking the next person's order until the last person had received his order and drove away. They allowed a line to develop all the way out in the street while having plenty of room from the order kiosk to the payment window for 4 cars.

They were purposefully dragging their feet because I never in my life had to wait this long at a McDonalds and I am 41 years old. It was 3:50 am when I arrived and I drove away at 5 am. It took me 25 min to just be able to place my order.

There was 5 people that I could see working there. A thin woman with tons of tattoos and pink hair receiving payment, an overweight woman with blue hair running the pickup window, some kid tossing garbage whom saw the line out to the street, another girl inside was washing something... and I am assuming there was a cook inside that I couldn't see... with that number of people working there... there is no excuse for it being that slow... just one person working there alone could have processed orders and cooked the food faster. I hope the manager takes note of this and fires the whole crew.

This place has to be paying a service that provides 5 star reviews because there is no way this place has earned that many 5 star reviews... I can see I am not the only one that had this experience so take the other 5 star reviews for what they are, bought...
