I can't recommend this place enough: if you're looking for a chill brewery vibe, want to sit outside, get some flights with your friends and hangout for a few hours, this is where you should head in Rochester. They are always changing what they have on tap, and their flights are only $7 for four 4 oz. beers. Also the food they serve is delicious, their cheese plate is really well done!
If it's a nice summer day and their garage door is open, you might be hard pressed to find a seat. Sitting outside at their picnic tables with the hops growing up on the wires is exactly where you want to be when the sun is out - also it's a dog friendly place, so you might get to befriend some other people and their pets while you're there! It has a great community vibe here, which makes this place an even more desirable place to come if you're looking for a laid-back but fun atmosphere. This is one of the places I miss most after moving...
Read moreOK so I wrote a review a little while back about how the vegan food options had become fewer and less impressive. Then, we returned recently and voila! How they made tofu taste so believably like ricotta is beyond me...bravo! And especially for a brewery! I love the ciders they host here, so that's what I had with my Stromboli. Not a big fan of the particular styles of beer they tend to have (I like things like Black IPA, Mexican Lager, brown ale, west coast IPA...), but that's ok - we can't have everything. Lots of people love their beer - just not my style. Also...I just love the staff - they're friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun!! Great...
Read moreWe moved to the South Wedge a few months ago and this is definitely our favorite spot so far! Incredibly kind and accommodating staff, wonderful atmosphere, and of course delicious food and drinks!
We got the vegetable stromboli with marinara and carolina pulled pork. Both were absolutely delicious. At first we were thinking the portion size wouldn’t be enough, but it was quite literally perfect. We couldn’t get over how “perfectly full” we were while walking home. Service was prompt, and prices not too steep. They ask that you have proof of vaccination, which was really reassuring to know that everyone around us was more protected. There was adequate distancing, and barriers between close outdoor tables.
Overall, 10/10 — we will...
