Wendy's — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I stopped in this wendys 9/14/18 around 7pm to 8pm. I went to eat at this Wendys and the service was absolutely awful. Not only was the cashier taking orders, but going back to the line to prepare food without putting GLOVES or washing their HANDS.(after putting the cash in the register) I placed my order, I was infront of 4 people everyone got there meal before I was given my order. The wait for my food was about 20 minutes. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a frosty. A normal combo meal that should have at least taken 8 to 10 minutes. The dinning room was in horrible conditions, the tables were dirty & sticky. The floor you could feel the stickiness underneath your shoes. The ketchup for everyone to grab from was empty. Again it took 20 minutes for the Wendys staff at (683 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY) to give me order. The staff were confused saying the order did not go through, they didnt see it, & the best line they used was "its really busy in here theres a lot of orders" Hoonestly they just can't read the screen properly. Towards the end they forgot my Vanilla Frosty. I asked why i haven't gotten it and again the Cashier said it was just too busy when everyone else that ordered after me got there food before me. Finally the cashier brought me the frosty in a medium when i ordered a small. Trying to make up for the mistakes that He had made, and had the worst attitude when he brought the frost to the table. Horrible place to go order or sit in an eat. I'm sure to say I'm am not the only person who has had a messy order from them it's either the food isn't well cooked, order is wrong or something nasty is wrong with your food at this place. It's sad their slow an disorganized, so many employees on site in they still cant get these orders right. I really HATE THIS WENDY'S FOR THE FACT THAT I WAS GIVEN A DIRTY SPRITE WITH STUFF FLOATING IN IT I ACTUALLY SIPPED IT ONCE BEFORE I THOUGHT TO OPEN THE LID IN SAW ALL THE BLACK STUFF FLOATING IN MY CUP I HAD JUST CONSUMED INSIDE MY BODY LORD I WAS PISSED LIKE HOW DEAR ANYONE DO ANYONE LIKE THAT. THAT WAS JUST SO WRONG CAUSE IF I CAN BE TRUSTING ENOUGH TO BUY YOUR FOOD WITH MY HARD EARNED CASH I SHOULD GET A CLEAN MEAL. Service is absolutely without a smile. After taking your order they don't give you the total. When the young lady took my money I said to her have a nice evening. She popped her lips and shut the window. When call to speak to a manager the person that answered claimed to be the manager. When I asked her name she hung up the phone. When I went inside I spoke with the actual manager. Who informed me that she hadn't spoken to anyone on the phone. I told her that nothing was wrong with the food it was actually very tasty. But the service I received was poor at best and that a simple greetings is not cause to receive an ill attitude. And that I would never again visit this branch. And it was because I and my family have received this poor service on several occasions. The manager was polite and courteous but the crew in the drive Thur was not polite or courteous.
