Coffee quality was already going downhill for over a year now.
However, if there's a sign that dictates that one can only order via the kiosk to order inside of the location, perhaps the full menu should be available on the kiosk. I assume the kiosk menu is associated with the online menu; ironically I only came inside to try to place an order because what I wanted wasn't listed as available on the app. Not listed on the kiosk either. Yet, right there in the case are all of the "unavailable" items. I knew I needed to go inside for what I wanted because the same items have been "unavailable" for months now on the app. When attempting to speak with an actual person, I was looked at by FOUR individuals and completely ignored for over five minutes. I left with no customer to employee contact. For several years I have been a loyal Dunkin customer only to watch this location fall in respectability. I asked for a matcha latte then they gave me MILKY literally tastes like a milk latte, not matcha so I told them please put in more matcha to make it more flavor. They gave me another tiny cup with matcha powder. I told them no, please make it themselves as I do not know how to make it properly. So they just tossed the powder straight into the cup and give it to me. So I drank, POWDER went straight in my mouth because they did not mix it well enough to dissolve the powder. Then I told them “I am the customer so please make my order RIGHT for once” because it has been two times now then they made a new one but back to square one with a milky drink. We did go inside and there were three of us, and the first ordered quick enough followed by a giant wait for people in cars, then the next ordered followed by another long wait for the same, then someone else walked in the store and went to a different counter than the one we were told to go to and ordered in front of me, then I wait and wait and then finally my friend called them out to take my order and finally they did, then more and more waiting on stuff for the cars, and then finally I got my food. This was the slowest Dunkin ordering experience I can remember from all other Dunkins I go to. It was clear they prioritized cars and not people. Just stay in your car and order as a group.
