I’ve lived in schenectady for 20+ years. I live down the block from this store and I spend upwards of 200$ a week here for my family and my employees. I’ve watched this store progressively get worse and worse. Especially the last year (2023/2024) the manager of this establishment is seriously bringing down the store and staff. She does not care to be at her very best and seems to not be able to keep up with the stores demand. It’s been multiple times that I’ve had over 20-30 orders in a period of 2 months that things were missing, made wrong, or gotten someone else’s order. I always do mobile ordering so I don’t have to wait, pay or have to actually order through the drive through. So there’s always enough time to get the order right. But guess what? They can’t. I’m severely disappointed in the operations of this establishment. My family and employees are extremely disappointed because they expect me to bring them tire right orders and rely on me to be on time to assist them with their jobs, not having to leave to go back to the store to fix an order. I order the same items every single time at different stores and I never have any problems. I’m officially not ordering from this Dunkin establishment after multiple complains on this location. I’m a reputable business owner and love to support local businesses that from the area that I grew up in but at this point this establishment with this manager is not it. Read moreI went to this Dunkin Donuts for a Spark'd Energy drink with no ice. I normally get the drink from other Dunkin's but went Broadway as I headed to work this morning. First, they had it advertised for $3 but told me it was no longer $3. Then when I pulled up to the window Ella, the person working, started to hand me a medium cup with a quarter of the drink missing. Of course, I then proceeded to tell her it was not a full cup of drink. She told me it wouldn't be a full cup because I did not get ice. I then told her I am not paying for ice I'm paying for a medium drink. She told me she couldn't put more in the cup because it prefilled, and I did not get ice and that is how the drink comes. Read moreI recently ordered a drink with oat milk and received one with whole milk instead. A mistake that they’ve made before but I’ve usually caught it. Unfortunately I was in a rush and did not. I subsequently have had the most painful 24hrs (due to a lactose intolerance issue) I’ve had in a long time. While I understand that people make mistakes I don’t think it’s acceptable to make this one. People have real dietary issues that, if ignored, can lead to serious health issues. I’m fortunate to be someone who can occasionally have dairy so hospitalization was not necessary but a trip to the doctor and medication was required.
