To all of those with 3 star or less reviews today: you have no restraint or sympathy. Today is Fourth of July (restaurants should be closed today in observance of the holiday and most stores don't get paid extra. It is a blessing to get boba at this time, regardless of how it was made).
I love this place. I am a loyal customer. Their tea is worth the expense and is made to godly perfection. Shout out to the worker/manager who plays Billy Joel who has always given excellent service here. I apologize for all the times I have messed up on my part (including the time the app on my burner phone glitched out and you manually refunded me). Thank you all who work there for continuously making wonderful drinks!

Read moreI’ll admit that the first time I went was right around the time they first opened and I did NOT like the drink nor the way the boba tastes at all. I decided to give it another chance after a couple of months because first impressions are sometimes not the best and I have to say it’s one of my top 3 boba places. The staff were as sweet and friendly as they were the first time I went, so I’m glad that didn’t change.

When I back to register and talk to the staff asking if I can get the correct one, they just point to the blackboard then said they don’t have it on weekday. Even if I said I would like to have a Wow Oreo milk tea instead of the other one, the staff still claimed that I didn’t say Wow milk tea.
