We drove 1 hour to get there, we were really excited. Online it said that there would be no kiddie hour since it’s February break, but they still had it. The workers did nothing about it. Our 2 year old was jumping around on the trampoline, and then a little boy who was 4 started throwing balls at her many times. We told him to please stop. But that wasn’t all, he pushed her plenty of times on the floor, and followed her everywhere, kept putting his hands on her. We told him to stop and to not touch her again, but he completely ignored us. His mother worked there and did nothing about it. He was a little boy wearing a pull up running around unsupervised, putting hands on other children. Later we called them and the lady who was the mother of the 4 year old boy answered, and claimed to be the manager? When we told her everything that happened she apologized of her son’s behavior and told us he would never throw balls at any one, and he couldn’t even throw one. Earlier we saw his mother next to him saying to not play dudge ball in the kiddie area. She than claimed that wasn’t her kid? It was her kid, but clearly she doesn’t want her kid to be blamed on something he did. He could of injured many kids, won’t be coming back. Our older kids could not jump because it was “ kiddie hour” but our two year old was bullied by a four year old. Very...
Read moreThey give you a time limit, but don’t check it. They need a separation and better staff for the whole park. Too many little kids in the big kid area, and everything is super expensive. I’ve been to multiple trampoline parks, and this one was not it. There needs to be more staff so they can tell you where everyone is supposed to be, and to tell kids when it’s their turn (i.e. the swing on the upper level). Only one guy was there, and he was checking in the people. People could walk in or out, and he didn’t care. It’s extremely dangerous too. There are little to no age restrictions, other than height. 18 month old are jumping around and almost get hit by big kids. There needs to be wrist bands or something to protect the little ones, and keep people of age groups in different areas. Now, another thing I want to add onto (with no pictures because it is very disgusting) is that the toilets in the girls, and supposedly the boys bathrooms have foam blocks in it— like the ones from the pit. People do not care enough to removed them from the toilets, so they urinate and even defecate on them. This also means, clogging. Hardcore,...
Read moreThe staff here is so rude for absolutely no reason. I feel like I should start off by saying we found what looked like somebody’s wedding ring and when we went to the front desk to turn it in the ladies response was “ you can just keep it if you want” I said “ what if it’s someone’s wedding band and they come looking for it?” And she responded, “ it doesn’t matter, I would be mad if my husband lost his wedding ring here”. The same lady at the front desk had an attitude the entire time we were trying to buy tickets. She was being very impatient and there was nobody behind us in line it was very obvious that she was annoyed with her job and didn’t want to be there which is extremely unprofessional for someone working at a children’s play place. The guy who was supervising the park was yelling at the kids in a very rude and loud tone. I’ve been to other get airs many many times and I’ve never heard a worker yelling at children...
