Washington Square Park — Attraction in City of Syracuse

I don't really go to this park unless there's an event going on, but it's a big open field.it has swing sets,climbing steps which looks like mountain climbing, a basketball court where the dads can play while watching there kids 6feet away,picnic area ND chair area for mothers to watch everything happening while still participating in the fun and so much more. Trash was everywhere. Broken glass near the swings, my son nearly stepped on some. There was a “splash pad” just a small block of concrete that spurts out water. It could be better if it was actually cared for. It just made me kind of sad in general. Other than that, there is a swing set, a grassy area, small climbing structure, tight rope...

There was a Easter Egg hunt here on March 31st couldn't get pictures but the kids loved it! They also have a basketball court which my children loved so they got to play and my little one enjoyed the park! Thanks and the remodeling of the kids...
