Waiting time at walk in counter was horrendous. Was told I can't use a coupon and still earn points in the app for one order even though I have done so on every prior visit. Heard management saying the because drive through was busy "it's okay, they can wait. They're orders aren't as important" due to the fact that management highly values drive through order times since the management is given bonuses based upon it. Restaurant dine in area and bathrooms were filthy, All employees were actively engaging in a verbal dispute using cusses with the customers ahead of me, Then once those customers left they stopped working altogether to gossip with one another about the situation and their feelings about it. Same customer then walked up to drive through on foot and threw a frappe through the window at the cashier...at which point all workers stopped working again and had to physically restrain an employee from going after the customer who threw the frappe and getting into a physical altercation with them. There was a mother with at least 4 small children who went up to the counter multiple times during all this and had to leave the counter to have her children sit away from the interaction for fear of their mental and physical safety. One of the children who was no more than 2 y.o. fell on the hard dirty floor in the dining area during this time and scraped her knee and was bleeding. The mother had to wait at least 15 minutes to be asked what she needed to which she simply asked for a bandaid... It then took another 8 minutes, being asked by a second employee what was needed and having yet another employee bring the bandaid finally before that issue was resolved during all this. So, then all employees ran outside a few minutes (including management) to address the employee in need of restraint. After which they came back inside, one employee finally came to take my order (after waiting over 30 minutes at this point for them to serve the one customer ahead of myself a single McChicken sandwich). All the employees not waiting on me then grabbed their phones, started planning to call family to have the mean customers physically attacked as they walked to their homes on foot with their order and then began speaking fluent Spanish over their cells at which point they all exited the kitchen at the rear of the building long enough for the girl waiting on me to ask where everybody went. They then reappeared (still on their phones) and made only drive through orders while the one girl waited on myself and the mother of four. While I was waiting the girl who waited on me reminded the mother of four that she knew her through a mutual friend who had formerly dealt drugs to the mother and agreed to give the mother of four the drug dealer friend's phone number and remind her to text the mother of four. Now while waiting for my food I also could hear the manager and other employees on their phones arranging the aforementioned beat down of mean customers, telling their family/friends over the phones about the situation with the mean customers and cursing in Spanish assuming that nobody in the lobby spoke it because we were white/if we did we wouldn't tattle or know the dialectical cusses spewing loudly from their mouths while serving customers. The situation with the mean customers had started by the way over the employees purposely putting dine in customers as a lower priority because they simply are either eating there or lack a vehicle to use drive through as evidenced by the manager's own statement (which by the way, when brought to the manager's attention verbally was ignored entirely by the manager in question, lied about stating that "she was saying to make drive through wait" by another employee... then after the mean customers exited was admitted verbally to being about "dine in can wait because they aren't important" by the same manager{the manager in question is a short, chubby hispanic woman with really long braids that are never netted or properly secured whilst she prepares food whom as soon as any Cont. Read moreI recently went to this location for breakfast. When I got inside there were a bunch of people working in the food area including the manager and a person mopping the floor (which wasn’t even dirty, and it was first thing in the morning shouldn’t the floor be mopped at night). Anyways I stood at the register which had no workers at it for about 5 minutes before the manager came over, looking extremely flustered, and walked away before I had even finished telling him everything I wanted. I put my credit card in the machine and took it out, the receipt came out but it said the sale still needed to be completed I guess they have to push someone to finish the order and make intro through. The manager was still in the kitchen area and I was standing there waiting for him to come back and about 3 minutes. Went by and I had to really use the restroom and I asked him politely if he could please come over and finish the order so I could go and use the restroom. Apparently he took huge offense to this, as apparently he didn’t have the time to do it, so he walked over to the register, reached over the counter and pressed the cancel sale button. I asked if he was serious and he said yes and told me to leave. I literally politely just asked him to please finish the sale on his end so I could use the restroom. In my 32 years of life I’ve never seen anyone that upset over a simple question….and he’s a manager??!! McDonald’s clearly is having an extremely, extremely difficult time finding employees still as I can’t see in any way shape or form how this guy got hired. Clearly he cannot work well under pressure which explains why he is working at McDonalds. I will never visit that location again and will be calling McDonalds corporate as I had to go somewher else to buy my kids breakfast. I pray that guy finds the strength to handle the situation a little better next time something like...
Read moreI reviewed this McDonalds five years ago and Gave it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ well apparently 5 years ago the service was good but it hasn't been good in a long time this McDonald's isn't even worth ⭐ anymore, i always place a mobile order and put in already here 10 minutes before I even arrive and I still end up waiting 20 more minutes for my food to be made, and it's always something simple like 3 happy meals and a meal, there has been times we're they forgot the whole hamburger for the kids meal or the fries for the happy meals, a few weeks ago I ordered 2 happy meals I received one and they basically called me a liar and insisted I was giving 2 happy meals, I told them the bag was on the table they went to look in the bag and saw ONE happy meal, then yesterday I went there ordered 2 happy meals, a big Mac, a spicy McChicken, and 2 $5 meals, I placed my order at 5:49pm I got my order at 6:50pm I was missing the big Mac, and kids fries it took them 15 mins to fix that and I should have known to check again because when I got home in was still missing the 🍟 at this point I waited over an hour and I'm not going back, THERE WAS A YOUNG MAN WORKING THERE LAST NIGHT TRYING TO TEND TO ALL THE COSTUMER'S and he did great!!!!! but this location is horrible, the costumer service isn't really good most 95% of the time, wait time is horrible for"fast food" I work in a costumer service field so I understand sometimes it gets hectic but this location...
