Franklin Square Park has grown up so fast. Now we have a climbing gym, a Freedom of Espresso coffee shop and a Spaghetti Factory. I have yet to make it over to Burnt Acorn Brewing nearby or the Preserve, but the two fun spots for beer and community await so close to Franklin's statue. Plenty of raw industrial buildings to reclaim for mixed use retail & housing.
