Went there for lunch today with my friend. We chose Tullys over SEVERAL other options. PHOEBE, our server, was sweet, helpful, polite, she was very familiar with the menu... We ordered a grilled cheese with bacon to share. And the nachos to share. Also a peanut butter cookie with ice cream to share. Not sure how we spent nearly $50 for lunch before the tip...I provided a generous tip. Ordered guacamole, sent it back...it was watery and looked... old... We were assured that the nachos would be worth the sour cream on the side, jalapeños on the side and olive on the side. Phoebe said there's also a little Pico on the nachos. I said a little Pico is fine... We were served a platter of nachos with maybe a cup of sour cream on top as well as on the side, and about a cup of Pico under the sour cream. We respectfully sent it back. Hannah, the server who had brought it out to us said, oh, the kitchen just changed how they serve the nachos last night! She was very perky and polite, but if the kitchen is going to make such changes, they need to inform the wait staff so they, in turn, can inform the patrons. I was very happy with the grilled cheese, as was my friend. We were both also very happy with the peanut butter monster cookie with ice cream and chocolate drizzle. The nachos themselves, were acceptable in flavor: chips were nicely prepared. The concept of the meat and the refried beans together is nice and on the first plate of nachos looked very appealing, but the second plate, there was so little, it was difficult to firm a flavor opinion. The scallions eye chopped nicely and appeared fresh. Very tasty. The very tiny portion of sour cream I was given when we received the new version of nachos was disappointing due to it being about an 1/8 the amount of what we were originally served. We hadn't said NO sour cream. Just requested it to be on the side, as the menu also indicated, and we were assured it would be. This was my attempt to give Tullys another chance. Spending time with my friend? PRICELESS. spending time eating at Tullys? No, I think I'll make another choice next time. Tullys on Erie Blvd East.

DONT GET THE CHICKEN TENDERS!! I love tully's but this on June 12th my appetite is ruined completely!!! so I get my favorite asian chicken tenders at dine in with my Husband, Aunt, and Mom visiting from hometown. Dinner was great as always but I had a surprise waiting for me in my unfinished tenders.... I found this rather sharp piece of metal IN MY CHICKEN!!!! God forbid if it stabbed into my mouth or if one of my family members bit onto this lucky for me I take small chews!! I of course called the restaurant cause I'm not the type to cause more issues then necessary the manager of course apologized and odly enough new what I found In my chicken before describing it.... red flag. He leaves me fresh tenders and a couple of gift cards as an apology but I found out today the 4 gift cards only added up to 20$ so it didn't even pay for my next visit..... glad to know that the risk of your chicken is only worth 20$ when I could have sent a medical bill instead of a generous phone call.... really disappointed and wouldn't recommend any of their famous tenders.....

My partner got the fish tacos and I got the Jamaican burger. I recommend the fish tacos, they’re really good but not the Jamaican burger. I love Jamaican food and this was not it. I also recommend the cheesecake with cherries. That was the highlight of my night.

The ambiance of the place is really nice. Service is good. Food is good. I think the dessert ice cream was really good and chicken tenders but you should be able to try just about everything. I think you'll be happy. They do have a lot of flavored lemonade which is also good. Plenty of TVs to watch any sporting event you want to see, which is a big plus
