Went there for lunch today with my friend. We chose Tullys over SEVERAL other options. PHOEBE, our server, was sweet, helpful, polite, she was very familiar with the menu... We ordered a grilled cheese with bacon to share. And the nachos to share. Also a peanut butter cookie with ice cream to share. Not sure how we spent nearly $50 for lunch before the tip...I provided a generous tip. Ordered guacamole, sent it back...it was watery and looked... old... We were assured that the nachos would be worth the sour cream on the side, jalapeños on the side and olive on the side. Phoebe said there's also a little Pico on the nachos. I said a little Pico is fine... We were served a platter of nachos with maybe a cup of sour cream on top as well as on the side, and about a cup of Pico under the sour cream. We respectfully sent it back. Hannah, the server who had brought it out to us said, oh, the kitchen just changed how they serve the nachos last night! She was very perky and polite, but if the kitchen is going to make such changes, they need to inform the wait staff so they, in turn, can inform the patrons. I was very happy with the grilled cheese, as was my friend. We were both also very happy with the peanut butter monster cookie with ice cream and chocolate drizzle. The nachos themselves, were acceptable in flavor: chips were nicely prepared. The concept of the meat and the refried beans together is nice and on the first plate of nachos looked very appealing, but the second plate, there was so little, it was difficult to firm a flavor opinion. The scallions eye chopped nicely and appeared fresh. Very tasty. The very tiny portion of sour cream I was given when we received the new version of nachos was disappointing due to it being about an 1/8 the amount of what we were originally served. We hadn't said NO sour cream. Just requested it to be on the side, as the menu also indicated, and we were assured it would be. This was my attempt to give Tullys another chance. Spending time with my friend? PRICELESS. spending time eating at Tullys? No, I think I'll make another choice next time. Tullys on Erie Blvd East.

Tully’s Good Times is a family restaurant/sports bar in Syracuse that offers a large variety of bar food (wings, burgers, nachos, etc.) as well as salads, pasta dishes, steak entrees, fish, and other mouthwatering meals. We visited Tully's on a Saturday afternoon in late June at approximately 4:45. As it was approaching dinner time, the patronage was light, with plenty of vacant tables. As soon as we entered we encountered a barrage of televisions in the bar and dining areas, all displaying sporting events or sporting news. Also adorning the walls were sports memorabilia, particularly those from the University of Syracuse and the New York Yankees. Another benefit of arriving early was quick service. Once we were immediately seated, we were offered a basket of free popcorn. We dug in once our meals arrived. The balsamic chicken salad – consisting of romaine lettuce, balsamic vinaigrette, bruschetta, and topped with roasted peppers, shaved Romano cheese, scallions, and olives (which was declined) – was very good. The vegetables were fresh and inviting, and the chicken was tender. The slice of garlic bread was also balanced and not soggy or consumed with garlic. The garlic Parm wings were also delicious and filling, with homemade garlic parmesan sauce. Although the menu claims they are lightly dusted in flour, it was a little too much for my liking, and a bit salty, so much so that I had to fight my way through the last three wings. However there was plenty of meat on the bones and a lot of flavor. Overall, Tully's is a destination I would recommend. I can say with 99% certainty that every visitor to the establishment will find something they can enjoy. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

DONT GET THE CHICKEN TENDERS!! I love tully's but this on June 12th my appetite is ruined completely!!! so I get my favorite asian chicken tenders at dine in with my Husband, Aunt, and Mom visiting from hometown. Dinner was great as always but I had a surprise waiting for me in my unfinished tenders.... I found this rather sharp piece of metal IN MY CHICKEN!!!! God forbid if it stabbed into my mouth or if one of my family members bit onto this lucky for me I take small chews!! I of course called the restaurant cause I'm not the type to cause more issues then necessary the manager of course apologized and odly enough new what I found In my chicken before describing it.... red flag. He leaves me fresh tenders and a couple of gift cards as an apology but I found out today the 4 gift cards only added up to 20$ so it didn't even pay for my next visit..... glad to know that the risk of your chicken is only worth 20$ when I could have sent a medical bill instead of a generous phone call.... really disappointed and wouldn't recommend any of their famous tenders.....

I come to Syracuse every year for past 18 years and have been wanting to try Tully's. Tonight was the very first time to give it a try. We arrived around 7:00pm and could see by the parking lot that it was busy. We went inside and were told it would be about a 15 minutes wait to be seated, which turned out to be accurate. There were 5 people in our group. The waitress brought us a small dish of popcorn which we quickly gobbled up, no more was offered. We received our drink order but had to ask for straws, which may be policy these days? She took our order, then the wait began. About 30 minutes later, she came back and told us our food was being plated. A few minutes later, out they came with a bunch of dishes that belonged to a different table. They apologized for the mistake. The waitress then came back 5 minutes later and said our order was delayed due to something with the 2 orders if chicken wings, which didn't make sense. We then waited another 10-15 minutes for the food to be delivered to the table. During this time, we watched a table of 3 that were seated approx 15 minutes after we were seated receive their order, and were half way through their meal before our food arrived. When the food arrived it was missing a side order of fries, which took another 10 minutes to receive. I had ordered a burger, which was a bit messy to handle, so I opened it up to eat with fork and knife. When I did that I found two long stringy things about 3-4 inches long on the burger. I took them off and put it aside and asked the waitress what they were, as it didn't seem to be anything edible. About 15 minutes later, she came back and asked if the manager had spoken to us, for which they had not. A couple minutes later the manager came to the table and said they thought the stringy material was skin from pureed tomatoes and said he wasn't going to charge for the burger and would see what else he could do with the bill. During this time, one of our group requested additional sour cream and salsa for the large order of nachos but the waitress didn't return with them for over 10 more minutes and everyone was done eating by then. So while we did receive a discount on the overall tab, and the taste of the food was okay, it was just a bad overall experience for our first...
