Ok, BK is basically all the same. But the service from location to location can varie widely. This North Utica location wins as the absolute worse. I've yet to go thru this drive thru and receive exactly what I ordered. I've tried several times and will NO LONGER attend this location. I encourage EVERYONE to go anywhere else. Today's example: pull to drive thru and wait for 6 minutes for car in front of me to get order in. Then get to order box and hear recording to start order. 1/2 way thru order I hear "I'm not quite ready, hold one minute, please & thank you" so I wait then when asked by a different voice to start order I do. The second voice is clearly a man but he is sounding like he just woke up and can barely speak. I give my order and only by the total I know it's wrong. The screen showing what u order is nonfunctional so I can't go by that, but I know 2x1.29 + small soda is not over $7. I Express that there is an error and his lacadazical response is " oh its cause the sandwiches are on sale" I said " what the %$#@&^$#&. , how can it be more money if it's on sale" ? I get to the window , pay the guy who is obviously higher than God him self. This guys eyes looked like they were two slivers bout to bleed . He still confused just ran card and walked away, didn't want to know nothing. Until last night when they didn't make my two shakes and instead sent me coca cola. So even though I paid for two milkshakes at roughly$ 5 a piece and didn't get them, So door dash thinks it's okay to keep my funds and not issue a refund, hence this letter after explaining how it most definitely does warrant a refund and then some! EVERYTHING WAS ICE COLD!!! The cold grease from the chicken sandwiches soaked the entire bag- the grease wasn't even hot so you know they had been sitting!!! It seems like the food had been sitting there unordered, unedited, incorrect and possibly exposed to air elements for being left out for so long!!!
