North End Pizza & Tap — Restaurant in City of Utica

If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered online for the first time with you guys for my co workers and I and I’ve never dealt with such rude customer service, first you guys cancelled the order because of no driver so I contacted slice customer service to see what was going on and had the gentleman put my order in again and he told me I’d have to get the food myself. I had to wait an additional 2 hours until I was able to leave work to get the food myself for my co workers and I and then when I get there, no one greets me, acknowledges me or anything and there was no one there but two females at the counter talking to each other. I had to say excuse me in order to get their attention to finally pick up my order and then she tells me it wasn’t even paid.. even though $126 was taken out of my account.. but whatever decided to use another card to pay for it and left the place.. just FYI, never ordering online anymore and I’m not quite sure whether I’ll ever order from this place ever again.. maybe hire some decent people that have great...

We live in North Utica and try to support as local as possible. Being vegan it’s not the easiest. We found out through the grapevine North End offers a vegan option. Great. my husband calls and simply asks what kind of cheese it is and is asked to call back because the front end person didn’t know. My husband calls back to get one of the worst customer service experiences of his life. He asked the man what the cheese was made and got “its dairy free” and my husband asked if there was an ingredient list. Then the man asks if he’s just going to keep calling and harassing them all day. My husband explains that he was instructed to call back and is asking because of food allergies. Selling someone something they are allergic too can cause huge issues and can be fatal. The man the freaks out further saying “ya I know that’s why I’m not selling to you”.

Food was horrible Dough. Is tasteless. No taste to sauce. Cheese. Is garbage quality. The quality of the food is horrid. The garlic knots. Have a pound of stinky sharp low quality grated cheese you guys get it for cheap. Cause a high quality pecorino. Romano or parmgiano reggiano. Or even a classic Parmesan. Is not going to smell or taste like. A homeless guy’s foot 🦶🏻
