EDIT: MY HUSBAND LOVES THIS PLACE AND SINCE THEN HAS ORDERED A FEW TIMES. WE HAVE HAD GOOD FOOD AND GOOD EXPERIENCES. ILL TOSS THAT EXPERIENCE UP TO THEM HAVING A BAD EMPLOYEE OR BAD DAY.

Called to order fried pickles for a friend and before I could finish talking the man hung up. Got there to pay for my food and the chick was dancing and overly hyper. . . Which is what ever if she’s having fun to pass the time. She took my order and I left w my pickles to give to my friend. Before walking back to grab my order, I called. The pickles were swimming in oil and ranch due to cap not being placed on tight. The oil burned through the container and all over me. The girl was gagging. When I let the man know, he was extremely offensive and rude. When I said I would call back to speak with the other gentleman, he hung up on me. I called back - told him he was highly unprofessional and explained I wasn’t trying to get a freebie or even my funds back - just letting them know. Also when I came to pick up my order, he went to place a receipt on the metal holder and slapped it down in such a way as to startle me intentionally. Imagine- you're hungry, indecisive- like adulting is hard and deciding is harder and all you know is: YOU WANT A SUB... But?! You want it delivered cuz leaving your house sounds horrible- like the absolute worst thing imaginable, and your usual sub places THEY DON'T DELIVER 😵😵😵! Dun Dun Dunnnn!!! So now you have to try subs from a new place... Oh the horror!! How will you know it's worth it?! YOU WON'T! Unless you read this very important review right here- do it. Yes you. Put your faith in this establishment to provide you with your subby needs! Their bread?- so soft, so fresh! Their veggies?- not soggy or questionable! Customer service? Super nice and helpful! Delivery?! Omg so fast! Oh and uh- try the fries and honey mustard. Worth it. You want this in your mouth....

The guy who took my order was extremely rude to me and told me 'can you put the freaking phone to your mouth I cannot hear you' I feel that was very unprofessional! I work at a restaurant so I understand it's hard to hear sometimes but I would never EVER say that to a customer, he got irritated when I asked what toppings they offered for subs and then he didn't even tell me how long it would be for my food to get here, I've been waiting an hour so far.
