I cannot say enough good things about this location!! Neil helped me with an order for a small family gathering and he was spot on about the amount of food that I'd need. He was funny and just a pleasure to work with. He and his staff greeted us with kindness and a smile when we arrived to pick up. They made sure that we had everything that we needed as far a sides, utensils etc. We are not in Watertown very often, but when we are, we will ALWAYS be stopping in to see Neil and his crew. He should seriously be honored in a parade Watertown! He's your very own...

Those employees at direct subs are getting worse and worse by the year last year it was not going to go back to a direct subs but I said you know what I'm going to give Mill Street the benefit of the doubt I go there and they're rude rushing your orders and talking to you like your not a customer like you're just an inmate or something so it seems like they're so rude arsenal Street was last year now this year it's Mill Street direct sub that's gone down the hill in my eyes they're they're the worst...
