Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Watertown

Everytime I have gotten coffee from here over the past few weeks it has tasted burnt and stale. I know that closers have a tendency not to brew fresh pots every 20/30 mins but I mean if there is less than a half of a pot and someone orders a extra large just brew a new POT of coffee so it’s fresh you’ll have to start one anyway for the next customer. It’s not like they are charging you to brew a fresh pot it’s part of customer service and it isn’t going to cause you much effort. Just ripping the bag putting it in the filter and hit a button! It’s every time I get coffee here lately !! It’s such a waste of money and a disappointment when it tastes like that and it’s my only stop on the way home from work. So please. Just talk to your staff about the importance of brewing fresh coffee. Like tonight there was a small line the poor guy was by himself and a girl was outside sitting on the curb by the door talking with a couple people clearly on the clock with a headset on. She didn’t budge a bit because once I left the drive thru with my order she was still sitting there talking away and if she would have provided the one guy working with some HELP.. he might not have been so overwhelmed and had time to brew a fresh pot... just saying because if it taste like this again I’ll have to get my money back I’m sick of dumping an extra large...

I went here for lunch and ordered 2 # 5 with chili’s and some other food and drinks for my family. My order was called back exactly how I said it and I proceeded to the window. When I got to the window the gentleman was very nice a pleasant who took my payment and gave me my food. I notice that I was missing a chili. I explained this to him and he said it wasn’t an issue. Well a young lady came to the window and printed my receipt in which I declined to take from the gentleman so he threw it away. She then then said we only have this and began to recall my order but this is the same young lady who took my order. She then got nasty and said this is for clarification after I told her what in ordered. “ We will just give you the chili!” Then proceeds to slams the window when I was talking to her. This is very disrespectful behavior, it was a simple mistake made I didn’t make it an issue but for an employee to treat a customer like this because she fail to ring up food correctly...

My bf and I go here every time I need to pick up my meds or we have our daughter spend the day with a family member as it's on the way. Almost never a bad experience besides once when I got my usual sandwich, the egg was not even on the sandwich, it was on the wrapper just wrapped up😅😅 I thought it was pretty funny. Our order is very typical. Mine, a sausage egg and cheese pretzel bagel sandwich and a small mocha iced capp. His is the same but no cheese extra sausage and an oreo capp. They've never messed it up, or been rude ONCE. Mind you we've gone here probably a dozen times now. The food is always so so good, and there's only one item I dislike which is the chicken and cheese panini.
