MY ORDER : 5 TACOS Beef, Chicken, Al Pastor, Chorizo with 2 scrambled eggs, Chopped Pork. All laced with Mozzarella cheese. Chips (WHICH I BELIEVE WAS HOUSE MADE THEY ARRIVED SUPER HOT AND FRESH) and Guacamole (uniquely tasteful guac) GINGER ALE (CANNED)

So this right here was the most amazing meal I've ever had. Ain't gonna lie..

I've visited this restaurant on different occasions during my time at my job (about 5 years or 6). I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner and they were all amazing. Only because I would constantly just modify the entire meal (changing literally every ingredient to something alternative lol if available haha). That's just sort of my thing often. With of course extra condiments which (I'm no sure why most place still charge extra for condiments that I've come across)

But LAST NIGHT..... I was craving tacos in white plains... let me make this clear I've had majority of the tacos White Plains have to offer, but AMS was the only spot I haven't visited for just tacos. I had their quesadillas last year (a modified breakfast styles quesadilla with scrambled eggs and extra steak I believe) that was extremely heavy but amazing.

But about last night I went on my first walk of shame..... because it was shame on me for not being able to share my AMAZING MEAL! The service is always great every day(even though they're some language barriers rarely)! I would have to repeat my order twice ( because I won't lie my orders often sound ridiculous but hey I'm pushing restaurants to the limit and I enjoy every second their hospitality!!) Even if their location is right across from the busy White Plains hospital (and they locals consider it "the hood"). AMS is constantly busy and always freaking clean plus their bathroom as well! Every staff is professional and friendly taking my ridiculously large order for a singe person and their food is just good comfort food.

Please...

shame on you guys. I loved this place and you guys lost a customer for a simple mistake.

I order 15 tacos. I received 2 grilled steaks. After driving 35+ minutes back home and realizing this, I called to see if I could be accomadated. Emerson, the manager was unhelpful and wanted me to drive with my son 35+ minutes back and forth to RETURN THE STEAKS over 35$.

I asked for a refund or even compensation for my order for next time and they absolutely refused. It's a shame that you guys have lost a customer over something that could simply been fixed by working with me. I have been going to the restaurant for over three years and I'm extremely dissapointed that I have to be writing...

I visited the restaurant after leaving White Plains Hospital, which by the way is an excellent health care facility. It was late and I was hungry and the restaurant was right across the street from the hospital. Despite it being late, the Cafe was busy with activity. The establishment was well lit and jumping with latin music at a comfortable level.

My meal choice was their hot wings. As you can see in the photos the dish was well presented and quite large. They were very tasty but a touch salty which I attribute to the sauce. All in all, the meal was fine and the table service was good. Yes I would dine again if given the...

Ordered four pupusas, two with beans and cheese and two with chicken and cheese, and 4 taquitos, two with carne and two with chicken. Not gonna lie I couldn’t tell which one was the chicken and which one was carne so that threw me off a little bit, but the food was pretty delicious. I wasn’t a big fan of la salsa roja, it was a little thin for me and honestly I don’t think we needed that much. But everything was solid. We had some leftover guacamole which rounded out the meal. Definitely recommend the pupusas! Also the best part, everything came out to just about $20, really solid price for the food in my opinion.
