Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of White Plains

i’m not the one to ever write a review but this is defenetly the expecting. The ladies here straight up rude. I get my order every day in the morning here for me and my husband. my husbands order is always, iced caramel coffee , cream with sweet cold foam. the ladies here ALWAYS add cinnamon WHICH MY HUSBAND IS ALLERGIC TO. and i always have to tell them that i didn’t ask for it . every time i tell them they give me attitude but today they looked at me in my face and told me it comes with it and that i have to specify in the online order that i don’t want cinnamon. I have 5 years of customers service experience….almost 6… straight up lying to the customer and their face while blaming them the situation ??? please. also you can’t add notes on the app for a coffee.

re: CHICKEN AND ROASTED PEPPER WRAP I’m not sure what this is supposed to be, but don’t buy it. It’s not a “real” meat option, but rather a mushy pureed mix which is weird and presents rather grossly. It’s nothing like the picture and the wrap itself is much smaller than expected so from a value to cost perspective it’s also an ‘L.’ The taste isn’t awful, but it doesn’t stand out as an amazing breakfast option, so just order a bagel + coffee/iced drink and keep it moving. These ladies never have orders ready on time because they are too busy talking or in their phones which is so unprofessional!
