Enbu Japanese Asian Fusion — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Enbu Japanese Asian Fusion Bar & Bubble Tea is simply the best! I can't get enough of their fresh ingredients and delicious food. The Mango Hawaii Roll stole my heart with its fresh salmon and avocado inside, topped with mango and served with mango sauce—it's a flavor explosion! Their bubble milk tea and flavored teas are also incredible.

I initially dined in for dinner and loved it so much that I ordered delivery the next day, and it was just as fantastic. I'm definitely hooked and will keep coming back for more. Every dish on their menu looks amazing, just like the photo suggests.

The atmosphere and decor are beautifully modern, making it a great spot for lunch, a romantic date night, or a relaxing self-care day. We picked Enbu for weekend lunch since it was near a park we wanted to visit. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, but the first impression was incredible. It was super clean and modern looking. I saw the nice photo props they had setup, a pretty backdrop and a sitting area to snap photos. Then they had a huge bar, followed by the stunning dining area.

Their menu was huge including all sorts of Japanese appetizers, dishes and of course sushi. We started with the soft shell crab then was served in super tasty mango sauce. Edamame, fried oyster and grilled squid, all were wonderful dishes. We had the lobster lover and lobster tempura rolls, both were very well made, tasted amazing. We had few other items chicken with vegetables and fried rice, those were excellent quality as well.

Yuki, the manager was incredibly helpful. I wanted Red Thai Curry with chicken extra spicy and extra vegetables. She made sure it was prepared just as I like it and the vegetables were super fresh and included my favorite, Japanese eggplant.

I also got the house hot saki with was well priced and just right - not to sweet.

I wanted to try their sushi as they are supposed to have the best in the area so I tried a spicy tuna roll. Amazing!!!

I wanted to try their soft shell crab spider roll but already weigh 235lbs so am saving that for next time if still in season.

The music is just the right level and the place is immaculate. The men's room was extremely clean too.
