Odyssey — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

Food is great especially since it’s convenient for us to order being that they can deliver and we can order online so close by. But i hate ordering on saturdays MAINLY because there is a different delivery man on saturdays and he is so rude. After today’s order i will never order again, seriously. He won’t give you your food unless you sign the receipt which again i have no problem doing so but if you have an attitude and demand a tip on sight, you are wrong. I won’t give you a tip for being nasty and snatching the receipt from me. What are you going to do? Not give me MY FOOD that I PAID FOR ALREADY ONLINE because you simply are EXPECTING me to tip you yet REMIND ME that i “FORGOT” to tip you but yet you approached me rude and made snide comments. One of the rudest people ever. They are located in the hospital and you would think they would have customer service skills. I walked in to buy a cup of coffee and this man behind the register was trying to figure out missing check. Never acknowledged me. There was another guy at the counter who also gave me acknowledgement. As I am standing there, some a man walked in and and all of a sudden the first man who I was standing right in front of could see. Acknowledged him and shouted "the usual?" The one gentleman knows nothing about a gluten allergy. Made me feel terrible for asking.. he said in a nasty tone "we don't have anything gluten free I don't know what to tell you". Sad , such a beautiful hospital with the nicest people are being searved by someone like that. I asked why it wasn't gluten free he said there's mayo in it.
