Good morning. This message is to the person in charge of this location. Iam currently sitting outside of this location on the phone with The Guest Relations Department, speaking to supervisor Jake. The 1 star is for the manager of this location. The 5 stars is for the sweet young lady who is waiting every single table on her own since I walked in at 8:19am. Stephani is the most amazing waitress Ive seen in my many years of service in the hospitality industry. I will praise her first before I go into how despicable the manager must be. Stephani is by herself, I have yet to see another employee in this location. She is very kind, well composed, professional and kind. Shes also very knowledgeable and works in a timely matter on top of following up with all her guests. I really commend this young lady on her EXCEPTIONAL performance and how well she does what she does. Thank you Stephani! You rock! Please keep up the great work! Although I know for a fact you deserve better than this place and dont you let anyone tell you any different. Store manager: I hope you give her the recognition she DESERVES. If it wasnt for her Im sure that place would be nothing. Yes, thats how strongly I feel about this experience. I sat at a nice table by myself and had a decent to good meal while observing her professionalism. For management to think that its ok to leave this young lady on her own to figure it out is beyond me. You can give me a call and explain it to me if you’d like because I would love to hear what the excuse is. Not enough employees? Figure it out! This is outrageous to me! This location is getting busy and shes doing it all on her own. Do you see anything wrong with that picture? Thats abuse! You abuse and take advantage of your employees? Bad idea because Iam here to stand up for whats right. Manager… how about you go out there and do what shes doing? I bet you cant handle it with half the grace that she does it with. With half the efficiency, with half the the politeness, with half the effectiveness. Stephani blew my mind and you need to show some respect for your employee who is doing this phenomenal job despite your incompetence to know she needs help. She can clearly do it alone but why does she have to? Why? This job is just a stepping stone for her and she will persevere and get what she deserves. Shes strong and she will grow from this and it only benefits her because when she does go onto her next path, YOU will be the one thats sorry. Thank you again Stephani, stay strong, this place doesn’t deserve you.

3 bad experiences in the span of a couple of days: 1. Decided to Uber eats some IHOP on a Sunday, I had 3 drivers go to pick up my order and all three of them waited between 20-40 minutes to grab my order. They all eventually gave up waiting for my order and I eventually gave up as well and finally canceled the order I made after waiting about 3 hours. Their food is worth the wait but 3 hours is overkill 2. I went in person the next day because I was still craving biscuits. There were only 2 servers and although we were seated quickly it took our server too long to give us the check or even ask anything more of them. As I was talking I noticed everyone was making the same comment that the service was too slow and between 2 servers and multiple tables to attend to not much could be done. 3. I craved a strawberries and cream biscuit and decided to order and pick it up. It took 10 minutes for anyone to help me, I couldn't spot any employees at all and when I finally got me food I didn't check it on the spot because I was busy and had other errands to run. Once I opened my food they didn't even get the order right. The only thing I ordered was biscuits with cream, Whipped cream and starberries. There is no Whipped cream on it and I'm honestly so disappointed. The food here is decent but there isn't enough servers to help with the demand. The servers do their best but there's only so much 2 people can do when helping customers

I have never been more disgusted in my life. I order delivery through the website which was then delivered by DoorDash. When my TWO year old daughter started eating her eggs she made a funny face. I was like okay she doesn’t like the eggs, so I tried it and it tasted spoiled, I then looked at the sausages and it looked so old I almost threw up. I looked at it further and notice fuzzy HAIR on the sausage.. i decided okay let me open my chicken and waffles to see if it okay to eat and it looked fine so I started feeding it to her until I noticed MORE fuzzy hair in and on my waffles.. and just when you thought it couldn’t be worse when I opened her hot chocolate there is literally OIL in my daughter hot chocolate… oil.. idk how they make their hot chocolate but that make absolutely no sense how oil could end up in the hot chocolate and it is 100% oil as I touched it with my finger and there is a greasy residue. Thankfully they didn’t pack a straw with the hot chocolate so i was able to open it and see the oil…

I have never been more disgusted in my life. I order delivery through the website which was then delivered by DoorDash. When my TWO year old daughter started eating her eggs she made a funny face. Came in, waited to be seated and thats perfectly fine during these times, it was actually a shorter wait than initially stated by the hostess. Once seated, we waited 15 minutes before getting our drink orders taken, then when taking our order the waitress was writing everything down on a piece of paper, guess the budget has been cut on notepads. I can hear the table next to me complaining about how they never got their food, management is coming up to them and apologizing and taken items off their bill. Happens to be the same server. What makes the wait the worse experience ever is seeing other tables get seated after you, get serviced before you and also get their food before you! On her first attempt at bringing our food, she brings us one only the pancakes/ waffles, incomplete since we ordered the combo, one of them missing the sauce but she quickly recovered and brought the rest of the combos too. As im eating i notice my pancakes are NOT gluten friendly as I asked, now had i been someone who suffers from some kind of digestion problem or allergy, which luckily I am not, my health wouldve been at risk. I just ask for gluten free as a preference. Now I'm writing this as im waiting after eating, to try to pay. Havent even seen her in the last 7 minutes, i never complain this in depth of bad service, but this is one of those rare instances where I loterally had nothing else but to dwell and write this experience. As someone who works in this industry for over 10 years, I do not understand how this happens and management doesn't seek to help this employee who is clearly struggling. And everytime i see her putting in orders on the computer, she just takes ages compared to her coworkers. This is something management should be looking at and they should be looking to help their employees when they need help. Once one table has complaints you should be going around making sure all other tables are satisfied and covered. Ultimately when people get bad service it isn't just the bad server its part of managements responsibility to deter the feeling by assisting...

I wish I could give this location less than 1 star. The “manager” is beyond the description of the word disrespectful. We tried to have a nice family breakfast outing, which is rare these days. When we arrived there were 2 other families. All complaining how long they were waiting and still no human to acknowledge us. The other 2 families said forget this and said they were sitting themselves. I didn’t want to do that and found that disrespectful to the establishment. I instead moved up from behind the wall just so I could be seen. 2 employees saw me and said someone will be right there and to wait there. I said ok no big deal and it really wasn’t. Out of no where the manager comes hustling from the back said she was wrapping something up and I need to go back to the door. I said ok, but listen there was a few families that just sat themselves because we were all waiting awhile. She NASTY says its been only a few minutes and I need to learn how to wait. I said, its been more than a few minutes and how dare you talk to me like that. She then replied, “if you keep talking, I will just keep talking to you like this.” I was horrified. I still dont understand why I was treated like this at all. I looked at my husband and said that’s it we are just leaving. She said “good! and just leave already.” I then said, “why do you keep going and talk to me like this?” She said, “you just need to get out now!” I know everyone has there bad days, but I left sad and confused. I still don’t understand why I was treated this way. I was actually looking forward to finally getting out of the house with my newborn and went home in tears. I will NEVER return to...
