Throughout the planning process we provided detailed examples of exactly what we wanted and what we did not want, and we were promised a white stage covering and hanging flowers of varied lengths that would look elegant and not cheap. On the day of the wedding none of this was executed as agreed, and when I brought it up the owner flat-out denied ever committing to it even though I have screenshots proving otherwise. Instead of apologizing he repeatedly tried to gaslight us and dismiss our concerns, and the final straw was when he actually said “I’m so glad this wedding is over with.” I still cannot believe any professional would speak to a client that way especially on their wedding day. We checked in frequently because we were understandably nervous and each time we were met with more dismissiveness and excuses. Overall I think they did an ok job on my flower arrangement. I think it was reasonably priced (compared to shops nearby). Minus three stars for their customer service: as written in a lot of the other comments, the people over the phone are quite rude and UNPLEASANT - you can just tell by the owner's reply to my comment here. He is not aware that his tone is just not courteous. I just wanted to check that my order was delivered in line with the volume of the flowers that I ordered, and they got really defensive. Also, as you will see as a common review on Reddit, the pictures on their website are misleading. They do not accurately reflect the volume of the bouquet you will actually be receiving. You can't just slap on a disclaimer that says the actual flowers will be "similar" to the photos, and then deliver a bouquet that is much smaller in size than what you advertise on your website. I think the actual flowers they delivered turned out to be pretty reasonable compared to nearby shops, but they just need to be HONEST and not over advertise!
