Oshima — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I will never order from Oshima again. I ordered a few things off the menu to be delivered after hearing they were good and not very expensive. It took a little over 35min for the food to get to my house. The delivery guy from the start was very rude. Instead of saying hi how are you he immediately asks for a tip which i was already taking out for him. I get inside open the food and there is a hair on my California rolls! I call Oshima and let them know and they tell me that it is impossible that there is a hair on it and tell me its not from them. After a few min they finally agree to send me fresh California rolls. After an hr of waiting and two phone calls later I told them I didn't want the California rolls anymore and after arguing for 10min with someone on the phone they finally gave my money back for the rolls. I am very disappointed by the service that was given today. After receiving the food for my office, we noticed that one person was missing a salad from their lunch special. Being that another co worker was reordering from there I called asking if they could put the missing salad with their delivery. Unfortunately the man who took our order was VERY nasty and did not want to send another salad. After waiting for 5 minutes just for him to come back on the phone, he was not speaking as if he was concerned for us as repeat customers but instead just figured we were lying. Then after a little back and forth he rushed off the phone saying that he would send the salad. Customer service sucks why? Upon calling in an order for delivery "Kathy" takes my order and card information all the while with a very nasty attitude, when food finally comes the delivery man says I didn't pay when I did because Kathy took my card number and info. Kathy then tells me she didn't charge the order when later to find out this idiot charged me twice! When I called back she said oh well sorry it was so busy here give a couple of days for refund to post to your account.
