I called last week to place a paczki order for Fat Tuesday. I asked for a dozen, 4 raspberry, 4 pudding, 4 Nutella. I gave them my name and even said I’d be there right when they open at 8am. I showed up today a few minutes after 8 and they had no idea about my order. They only had one under a different name for tomorrow and the choices were different. I recently visited the Polish Deli and had an extremely disappointing experience. When I arrived, I politely asked if my food was ready. The woman at the counter was very rude in response, which was quite off-putting.

My fiancé and I both speak Polish and Ukrainian, and we couldn't help but overhear the rude things they were saying about us. This level of disrespect is unacceptable and has ensured that we will not be returning.

I shop there mostly for holidays. This is the second year when I got białą kiełbasa ( raw sausage). Each time it was frozen and without any details about producer so I guess it was made by the store.
