Juices for Life — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE EVER. The guys behind the counter are so nice. I used to visit here when the first opened because I was so excited that there was a healthy alternative so close to home. I also was so grateful that I could get a quality juice for $5 in a place where I felt welcome. I went recently and the avg price increased to $6 but that's still worth it. I love the lower priced items because then I am much more willing to tip the staff. When they first opened it would take upwards of 15 minutes to make a drink, and then they would always make extra by mistake and serve that to us as well for free which honestly made my friends and I big fans. I will never go to another place for juices when these guys offer so many options and now even let you make your own drink with ingredients you can choose. They deserve plenty of success and all the love from the neighborhood. The parking situation can get annoying, but still worth it. I would love if they became available for delivery or uber eats or something. I also would love if they started an online order system so I could order online and swing in fast to pick up. I’ve been a loyal Juice For Life customer since my days living in the Bronx, always hitting up the Castle Hill location for the Armageddon. So I figured I’d check out the Yonkers spot, expecting the same good vibes and quality,but I was seriously disappointed.

First off, the selection of fruits and veggies was lacking. It didn’t feel fresh or well-stocked. The energy from the staff was completely off. No one greeted us or even spoke a word. Everyone looked up when we walked in and went right back to what they were doing. No acknowledgment at all. That kind of vibe matters.

I ordered the Castle Hill (of course), but it came out half foam. SMH. The whole experience felt rushed, cold, and unwelcoming. Definitely not the standard I’m used to.

Sad to say it, but I won’t be coming back to this location and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Stick to the Castle Hill location if you want the real Juice For...

Wonderful juices, and even better customer service. These guys are all stars. I called up one night after work, and asked if there was any chance that they could stay open an extra five minutes. They took my order right over the phone, put my drinks in the fridge, and continued closing out. Got there 5 minutes past close, I see someone in there cleaning up. He opened the door, took my money, and gave me my drinks. This guy treated the whole ordeal as if we had been friends for years. Customer service like this is really rare to find these days.
