I live in Atlanta & was passing thru due to work and I decided to try this Mexican restaurant. Very clean place, nice employees, and also the best part the food was GREATT! I order 2 chicken tamales 🫔 w/ cheese & 2 Mexican steak tacos 🌮 . The meat was very tender with both . The tamales wasn’t dry & full of favor. I really enjoyed their homemade salsa . If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stop by again. Thanks for the great experience guys .

You might miss this place if you are just driving through Clanton Alabama. However, this is some of the best authentic Mexican enchiladas I’ve ever had 😊 one of the things I liked about this little restaurant is they have a drive-through. Most Mexican restaurants are either takeout or dine in other than Taco Bell.

Their salsa is perfection. I had the chicken and beef quesadillas and the chicken was awesome, beef was okay. Their rice and beans were way better than other Mexican restaurants in Clanton. My husband order the Tres Campadres and loved it. Pictured is husband's chicken, steak, and shrimp steaming so good.

Margaritas were BAD, pre-made, choice between frozen or on the rocks (from a dispenser). Made with Jose Cuervo we were told.

Food is of the American variety. Lots of sodium dominate cheese, iceberg lettuce and sour cream dressed. I ordered the Quesadilla Supreme because, I’m my experience at American Mexican restaurant fajitas and quesadillas are hard to mess up. I fully regret my choice in entree. The sodium laden cheese in my quesadilla was un-palatable for my tastes. I should have ordered the Mexican asada tacos. To be honest, I’ve had my favorite version of Mexican tacos in Jemison at Mr. Taco, 3 nights this weeks. Knowing this, I would have definitely been less then pleased with the taco offerings here.

If you like American Mexican food, this is your place. No spice, no heat, high sodium, easy on the digestive system. This is your place. If you like authentic, hand made corn tortilla, a decent margarita, and salsa with a slight hint of heat, look elsewhere....

I went to dinner here last night and will NEVER go again or recommend it to anyone else. The food was expensive and I can deal with that if it was worth it. I ordered a large frozen blue margarita and it was the nastiest drink I’ve ever had, I think something was seriously wrong with it. My friend had a different flavor that was great! I asked if they could bring me a new one and the man brought me a menu and pointed to the bottom and said “did you not read the menu? It says no returns, ALL sales final on alcohol” I didn’t ask for my money back, I asked for a drink that I could actually drink. Lastly, they brought me my ticket and I took it from the waitress and a few minutes later they were talking bad about me behind the register (the friend with me has a Hispanic spouse). This was the...

A group of 6 went for dinner recently. 4/6 agreed it was the worst Mexican food they have tried. One ordered wings, and the other 1 is just polite. A churro was overcooked, so the inside tasted funny. The beef was bland with an odd texture. The chicken in the queso tasted off so only a couple of bites were eaten. The wings were overcooked, but the BBQ sauce was good. It's hard to mess up store bought BBQ sauce. The two that ordered a chicken queso both felt nauseated within the hour. The waiter was very rude. A guest asked for red sauce and was brought a clear orange colored cold sauce. She tried to explain that wasn't the sauce she wanted and he told her that was all. Who wants a cold sauce poured on...
