Whataburger — Restaurant in Clanton

Oh where do I begin. I am Livid! Overall terrible experience.Walked in and our order was taken. My toddler daughter and I went in the restroom(it was filthy btw) we came out and my fiance had a receipt but was not given a numbered table marker. We sat down and after waiting a good 45 minutes to an hour we watched them give someone else our food. They still never realized it until the people who were given to food informed them and then they wasn't sure who the meal belonged to. One of the employees was cleaning a table behind us and asked us if we had received our food yet and we let her know that it was given to another customer. A manager was no where to be found until we were leaving two came to the front but never said anything to us or apologized for their poor establishment. It seem like they were prioritizing to the Drive Thru. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location. I understand mistakes can be made but acknowledging them and showing some sympathy for them will help. This place needs new...

This was my first Whataburger experience. Our cashier who was in training took our order. She greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello welcome to Whataburger. My wife ordered a classic #1 Whataburger with cheese, and I had the #4 Jalapeño w/cheese we also had the Dr. Pepper Shake and added onion rings. We received our number to wait for our order. While we waited a second couple came in and were greeted in the same fashion very polite kind and professional. A 3rd couple came in with 4 children. The couple was very rude to the cashier; however the cashier killed them with kindness, and treated them with the same respect as everyone else. After a short wait our food was ready. To be honest I was incredibly surprised at the freshness of our food. The sandwich was hot and the veggies were cold and crispy making this a great burger for the price it was fantastic, and that mustard oh my goodness 😋 it's so good! Good job young lady and congratulations on the fine job her trainer was doing! I recommend the Dr. Pepper shake...

On the evening of 18 August, I stopped by this Whataburger location for a quick bite. To my surprise, two female employees (one primarily) made me feel like I didn't belong at their establishment.

Around 6:05pm, I entered Whataburger as I was starving and wanted a #1 before getting back on the road. A young lady looked at me as I entered and proceeded to restock the cups without greeting me.. as if that was more important than placing my order. Then another lady walked from the back, looked at me and proceeded to the restroom.. no greeting. After the young lady finished stocking the cups, she proceeded to the back.. she never acknowledged me, and her dismissive attitude made me feel so uncomfortable to where I immediately walked out.

I almost always stop at that location after visiting family before continuing my road journey, and the only past issues I've had were them being extremely slow when it's busy.. but after that encounter, I will NEVER visit this location again!!
