Wendy's — Restaurant in Clarion

I don't know why but I never get my order right when I come here, and I'm always either at home or work when I discover that it's wrong so I can't come back to have it fixed. Today I stopped for a PLAIN grilled chicken sandwich and a Harvest Chicken salad for my dinner later. I decided to take a couple of bites of the sandwich on my way to work as I was hungry. Open the sandwich to find lettuce, tomatoes and some sort of sauce on what should have been a plain sandwich. Then around 7:30, I get my salad out and open it up to find no bacon (my main reason for ordering this particular salad) and no walnuts. Service was friendly but I just kind of wish they'd take an extra minute to make sure the order is correct before giving it to you. I work hard for my money so if I'm paying for something it would just be nice to actually get what I order. Other than not having the bacon and the walnuts the salad was ok. I should just buy the stuff and make my own...

I did an online order for my family and I tonight at about 5:30pm. The lady in the drive thru had absolutely no people skills. She was rude at the speaker and asked flat out what I want, when I told her it was an online order she said pull to the window. I did. And it took forever to even get the drinks. When we got them she practically shoved them out the window at us and gave attitude. Then we got the food. Everything was bagged so messy and we watched her pretty much throw the items in the bags. We got home and the food was so sloppy. I also ordered chili. The lid was barely on and leaking out. And they places huge onion slices in it. Just a total mess. We will NOT be returning. Get better workers who can actually be kind and professional. We didn't even recieve a recipient...

This place seems to get worse and worse each time I go. I went through the drive thru recently and when I pulled out I was missing half my food yet there were like 4 employees hanging out by the drive thru window so how they all missed it is beyond me. Then we went today and we dined inside, the food was cold and clearly wasn't fresh. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melting and the bacon just crumbled up like old overcooked bacon that had just been sitting around for a while that they decided to place on the burger. When I went in the employees were just standing around on their phones having a casual conversation amongst themselves so I don't see why the food wasn't being made fresh. Personally I wouldn't recommend...
