Avoid this restaurant. The owner blatantly overcharged me for the Lamb Alicha. I placed a to-go order over the phone, and when I arrived to pick it up, she looked me up and down, gave me a strange look, paused as if deciding how much she could charge me, and then rang it up as $27. I was surprised but didn’t want to argue, so I paid and left. Later, I checked their official online menu and saw Ye Beg Alicha clearly listed at $17.99. I also compared prices at other nearby restaurants and confirmed I had been overcharged. When I returned to bring it up, she kept insisting, “It’s lamb, not beef,” even though the lamb dish is listed at $17.99. I asked her how much the beef version costs, and she said $15.99. I questioned how lamb could suddenly cost almost double the beef, and at that point, she quickly refunded my money—clearly aware she had been caught. When I calmly told her that what she did was dishonest and that I wouldn’t report the incident if she simply admitted the mistake and apologized, her demeanor suddenly shifted.
