Lambadina Cafe — Restaurant in Clarkston

I was treated like an alien when I walked into this place. There was a whole bar of people that went silent and starred at me, as I waited to be acknowledged and offered a seat. Awkwardly, I sat myself after a few moments of this.

A waitress then came up and asked me "What do you want?" I told her that a menu would be great. "Huh? A what?"... Confused, she walked away and got me a menu. She stood over my shoulder and watched me as I opened it up. "This is African food, you know..." she said. I told her that yes, I knew that, and that is why I came here....

Lampadina is my favorite place to enjoy kicha fitfit and quarenti shahi prepared by elsa.a great spot to hang out with friends,watch sports , even tho it’s cafe but they prepare food as well. Awww, this is a jewel to happen to find and go to see what the food was like. If Ethiopian is on your palette then stop and be invited to that culture of hospitality. ❤ Ms. Elsa is sweet and kind. Her love ❤ is put in every dish!!! I have tried other Ethiopian restaurants, but non quit with her hands of love in each dish. You know that is good when you close your eyes and smile😊.
