I wish they were more consistent. Very FEW times has my order been exactly the way it should be. I always give MULTIPLE chances before I'm just done with a restaurant & I am there. There has been times where I have ordered a breast and got a thigh, fries you can tell were reheated, missing item. Most of the time the fries are so overly seasoned, I could not eat them. Last nite was the point of I'm done. I pull up and only 1 person in drive thru. They asked for my order and when I said a 1 piece breast & fries. I was told told to hold. After about 12 mins, I said hello. Someone replied, I need a moment. Its been plenty and the lady behind me got out of her car. After another 10 plus minutes, an employee finally comes on and asks what can I get for you. I repeated my order. Before I drove off I checked and of course the biscuits were missing. I wasn't thinking, but should have checked the fries. There was no reason that me living literally a minute away they should be cold...but they were and Idk what was going on with the biscuits and the breast was dry. Read moreAfter shopping we went threw the drive through and was told they Had No chicken available.. We would have to wait 15-20min for it to be done. Wouldn't be a good idea with Ice cream in the car. So we ordered online a 12 piece meal with the fixins'. Unloaded the groceries and back I went when the notification came through it was ready.. 45minutes had lapsed... I got there and was told there was no chicken available yet again. Had to wait 20 minutes for me to get my 12 piece in the big box, I already paid online🤦. When I get to Finally eat, No biscuits, No rice and a box full of chicken legs, no wings, just legs... They wouldn't even acknowledge me after telling the coworker outside vaping, she had to take the order to the white boy in the truck. I'm 47 yrs old, though I am Caucasian I'm far from a boy. But she's right, can't do nothing about the racist remark or the missing food. Just won't be back, like Ever again.. Can't even order chicken without being a slur.. sad.. Read moreWorst experience I've had at any establishment in some time. This location is always lax in customers, we we're 2 of the 5 people in the restaurant. The employees all seemed as if they could not care less about what they were doing. The assistant manager, based on her name tag, took our order and spoke to us the entire time through the microphone used to only announce orders. We had to ask twice for our drink cups, the fries were old and the icing on the cake...a nice big hair in my sandwich. Took it back to the counter and the assistant manager once more and all I received was, " Oh, we'll make another one." WHAT????!!! No one was wearing a hair net, employees on their cell phones behind the counter, people walking into the kitchen area and back touching everything including themselves and never once saw a single person wash their hands. I did call and complain to their corporate line and I did receive a call back from the franchise owner whom said it would be investigated. Not going back for sure anytime soon and...
