Dos Margaritas Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Clarksville

Went to this place to order food for me and my husband. We looked online to see what we wanted the prices were reasonable, so I decided to go up and order some food for us. I ordered 9 tacos, 2 burritos, not thinking that the price would change. Online it’s $2.89 each for the tacos and burritos $13.64. So, when I come in I order thinking nothing of it, then… I get ready to pay, I hear $75 dollars!!!! WtFreak??!… I asked why, he says, you ordered 9 tacos right, yeah.. but why that much?? He says, the taco are $3.98. I’m like.. you know what just give me four tacos, and.. I’m still not thinking bout them burritos though… I said is the price difference online then coming in? He’s says, yes, it is.. I said why? The price should be the same online as well as the restaurant, but I guess they can change it. The burritos were $20 A PIECE!! I paid $45 for food, though a military discount was applied, but this was ridiculous .. 10min wait for my food. I come back in to retrieve my food and it’s just hanging there openly on the counter soon as you walk in for the next person to steal!!. NO ONE WOULD HAVE SEEN NOTHING AND THEY WOULD HAVE SWON I RECEIVED MY DANG FOOD! No cashier, no Host. Vanished. I stood there, then looked in the bag of(thank God)food. But, if it wasn’t my order, and it wasn’t me coming in, someone could’ve stole my food. So, I had to do there job, and wait until it was ok to steal, I mean.. take. I guess I’m not Valued enough for the Right customer service nor good enough for the food. B/C I wanted to know why the price change. But.. One thing I did right was Not give a tip😏 Here’s a big fat Tip👉🏾NEVER WILL WE EVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. The other Mexican restaurant is and will always be our favorite. The PRICES NEVER CHANGE. If you have any sense DO NOT EAT HERE! we ordered take out for the family. Took one bite and spit it out. The entire meal tated like cleaner! You could even smell it! It was so bad even the bag smelled of it. We immediately called the manager and said we would brng it all back in. Keep in mind this is during dinnertime when we all are hungry, including my kids. We drove 12 miles hungry and when my husband took the food in the manager argued with him acting like we were lying. You could smell the cleaner the min you walked in! My husband had to threaten to call the police for our refund. We also forgot the churros which we NEVER ate because of the cleaner taste yet the manager pitched a fit and acted like we purposely kept those. If management is reading this- no I don't want your nasty churros. Why would I bring my entire meal back just to keep your 5 dollar churros. I can afford my own! We were in chaos mode gathering all the food HUNGRY when we brought it back. Just to barely get a refund. I am reallly glad my children did not get sick off of your food or else you'd have a lawsuit on your hands. Fyi- YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I pray your restaurant goes...

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered to go a ground beef chimi meal.....I went got my food and when I got to work I realized they made it wrong. I called and they said come back we will fix it. I talked to Jessica. I had to work so she said that's ok just come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and probably my own fault for not checking it right in front of them because it was wrong again. Called a 2nd time and they said I had to bring it in. I work overnights and explained I could bring it back the next day before work. They said ok. I get there and show them the wrong food given again and this time I ask for a refund because I've had to come to your restaurant 3 days in a for YOUR mess up just to be told they magically don't sell ground beef chimis (I've ate at this restaurant MULTIPLE times and this is usually what I get) and they won't refund me because I ate the rice and beans (am I supposed to go all night without anything to eat?)
