I come to this store everyday and love the staff.
With that being said, I have noticed a few things I’m not a fan of: The staff in the evenings aren’t the greatest at connecting with customers. Nearly everyday that I come in, I feel invisible until I force them to notice me. Even then, all I get is, “We’ll be with you shortly, sir.” Drink inconsistency. Every barista makes the drinks differently. I feel forced to tell them exactly how much of each ingredient I want in order to ensure the drinks taste to my liking. Lastly, and the most disturbing. One staff member, I believe is a male, makes me quite uncomfortable. He constantly includes his opinion of “what he suggests” into the middle of my orders. I am a Starbucks veteran and know what I like, please stop interrupting me with your unnecessary opinions. Also, today I heard him comment on his “interest” in some nearby gentlemen. I believe his exact words were, “I can’t contain myself. I’m just so lustful over all of these good looking men.” It didn’t make it any better that he shared this opinion with another employee.
Despite all of that, I still return to this location. The staff are quite friendly and really make me feel welcomed. Some might even say like family. This location is not perfect, and none of them are. I hope this Starbucks location takes this comment as an opportunity to...
Read moreAbsolutely the WORST Starbucks I have ever visited. Don't bother stopping if you are on the highway and want coffee!
At 8:30 in the morning, I was told that they no longer brew blond roast since the pandemic. I have been to numerous Starbucks, and I have never been told that... They have just chosen to stop brewing it... While I am waiting on the other side of the counter I was told in a rude fashion by one of the young workers there, that I had to back up because I wasn't socially distanced enough... I had a mask on and was on the other side of the counter with a counter and machines between us...she was working the drive-thru and was much closer to people in their cars than I was to anybody behind the counter... And most of them don't have masks on...Totally inconsistent! Then I asked for cream for my coffee and was given a tiny little amount in a cup. When I asked for more, another young worker told me that there is normally a charge for that!!! Hahaha ..Normally it is out on the condiment bar, and you get as much as you want! Unbelievable!!!
Then, to top things off, my wife comes out and has to tell them that there is no toilet paper or soap in the ladies restroom! They are all concerned about viruses and germs, and there is no soap in the bathroom!!!
Oh, and the coffee was strong and bitter!
Whoever is managing this Starbucks is as sharp...
Read moreThis location is by far the worst one in Clarksville, if not of all time. I honestly feel bad for the staff. It seems as though they are either understaffed or are not training anyone to fully be able to handle their jobs. Half of the staff have terrible attitudes, but the other half is so overwhelmingly “helpful” that it’s clearly in an attempt to make up for the lacklustre experience they also provide. The drive thru line takes 20+ minutes and the online app doesn’t let you know ahead of time that it will be longer than a 4-7 min wait. The issue comes in with the wait whenever food specifically is involved. For some reason they’ll make the food as soon as the mobile order is put in, knowing the line is frequently upwards of 45 min long, then hand it to you freezing cold like it hasn’t been sitting out the entire time. With how expensive their menu is there should be 0 reason why things need to be remade, especially due to common sense issues. They’re always great about remaking cold food, if they don’t argue with you in the window about whether or not you ordered any to begin with, but they seem to not care that it’s going out...
