Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Clarksville

I went to sonic tonight to get my son ice cream at 900pm I decided I may as well get something so I ordered cheddar peppers. I noticed they came out unusually fast but thought nothing of it. Well I go to reach in the bag and they are all completely greasy and SOFT i opened two up and the cheese clumpy. I asked they bring more out well they NEVER brought them back out. I pressed the button after sitting 20-25min and was out on hold so I then asked a car hop to get a manager. Sunshine who is the manager comes out and I said “can you explain to me why I’ve been sitting here 25min and no one has brought anything out I explained what happened she grinned and nonchalantly asked for my receipt as though it was a problem that I had a complaint! She displayed 0 empathy! I even told her “as a manager you should have more empathy” she continues with her smart grin still NEVER apologized and said “I’ll go check on your receipt” after I told her they never gave me one. She comes back out and says “here’s your refund receipt” never not once apologized for the inconvenience was extremely nonchalant and rude! I left sonic at 940pm with a refund upset and completely dissatisfied! I will no longer go to this sonic and I’ll gladly let anyone else no to go at...

I ordered three milkshakes waited for over 20 mins before a car next to me pulled in with two separate orders they got all of their food before they evenbegan making my shakes...when the shakes finally came out the car hop didn't have them in a cup holder he seemed a bit angry because I asked for one. When he came back he handed me the drink carrier with two of the three shakes in there the other in which went all over my car seats console and myself due to the top not being on correctly. I pushed the button and requested the milkshake to be remade he came out and said "well looks like the top wasbt secure" (obviously) he proceed to say he was the only one running and processing orders while the other employees were standing around. He then told me it takes three mins to make each single shake smh...mind you I was there by now over thirty mins... I asked to speak with a manager she came out was very apologetic and the only thing she asked was if I needed a towel..she laughed and made jokes and admitted her employees were indeed standing around....the wait was extremely to long for...

To the young CarHop lady that helped me out so much earlier this afternoon. You are truly a godsend. I just wanted to give you a good review and hopefully your boss might give you a raise haha. you didn't know this, but I was completely broke. I had 2 dollars in change to my name, but I needed an onion to go with my dinner. Didn't have the gas to go to the store and to sit in that wild traffic either. So I stopped by the Sonic in hopes of getting one for the little change I had. And without missing a beat, you went and asked if you could give me one and they said yes. You come out with a smile on your face and said here ya go. I asked how much, n you said you don't owe me anything. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate your humble heart and kind soul. (To the boss or whoever does the raises, this young lady deserves a raise, she was very well mannered, always smiling and didn't act disgruntled over my small favor. SHES...
