So I am not a big fan of having to do this more than once to a restaurant, but it seems that customer service is not a great priority. So, I arrived at the establishment because I tried to use the app, and the website and couldn't take advantage of the Wednesday special or even get the $5 off for first time ordering through online or app. I learned that I still wouldn't be able to get the $5 off because they were switching systems or something along those lines. I still ordered my food at 1:59pm after calling my partner for his flavors of his wings. I paid and went next door to convenience store for our drinks. I came back to the establishment and noticed my food wasn't ready, so I sat at a table waiting. At 2:44pm my food was ready, this is crazy, I understand that they take online orders, but even those orders take 50 minutes for delivery. When coming in person, for placing an order that's not for dine in, it shouldn't be more than 15-20 minutes, especially when placing my order there was nobody else in front of me. A lady came in after me. I could have went somewhere else and saved time, my ride left me and everything. It's cool hiring family, but it's okay to have more people in the kitchen preparing the food, a person taking the orders for online orders, a person taking in restaurant person orders, and a person checking on order status. When we cut corners, it leads to repeat situations like this where people rather order elsewhere just because of the slowness of an establishment. By this time we could have went and sat down to eat somewhere else. This is crazy. I tried to call the number to talk about this but it went back to the establishment not the owner. The food is good, but who wants to...
Read moreI was so excited to try this place because it’s 2 minutes from my house and I absolutely love chicken wings. However it was a massive let down. I’m extremely bummed because I wanted to really like it. Ordered two 10 boneless wing combos with seasoned fries and Dr. Pepper and 10 all flats garlic parm wings only the chicken. All orders with ranch. Also ordered a 6 piece chocolate chip cookie. Upon arrival kitchen staff was playing around being extremely loud. I get it we all want to enjoy work but it was to the point it was very unprofessional. They failed to provide any utensils with our order, they stated the soda machine was not working, which is fine but the lemonade tasted absolutely nasty almost as if it was coming from a moldy spout and extremely watered down, the sweet tea was not any better but it did not have the taste of mold at least. The cookies were very very over cooked and had a burnt taste to them. The boneless wing flavors did not quite impress. We were not notified they were out of ranch even though I did pay for an extra ranch. So once we got home we realized and went back and they said they didn’t have any. However the garlic parm all flats were extremely good. The flavor was great but the wings could have been a little crispier as the skin felt a little soggy. I’m really upset, I had such high hopes. Maybe in the future we may give it a chance again but for it’s price and for how much it truly lacked in customer service as well as the meals itself I’m not sure if I’m truly willing to go back. My two star rating is solely based off the garlic parm wings having such...
Read moreI’m throwing a surprise birthday party and needed to taste their wings before March to decide on which wing place I was going to allow to cater. This was the first of many, and I can tell you right now, it will not be Dream Wingz. I ordered 2-15 piece wing plates for my husband and I on Friday, 1/24/2025. I placed the order around 7:15p and received a call at 7:37p that they were ready early- pick up time was originally 8:10p. I stay off of Tyler Town so the drive one way is no more than 12 minutes give or take. I left immediately and was back home within 30 minutes. Now, as far as the wings themselves, they were sauced nicely (honey hot & Memphis BBQ). I did not care for the taste of the honey hot sauce, my husband ordered lemon pepper which was a dry rub and he said the taste was okay. Here’s where the problem is. THE WINGS WERE COMPLETELY OLD, HARD, COLD, and NOT EDIBLE. Out of my 15 piece, 9 of them were thrown away and out of my husband’s 15 piece, 7 of his were thrown away. The chicken was so hard, I could not bite into it and when you pulled it apart it was completely cold and stale. I am happy I got the opportunity to try them out for myself instead of going off of the reviews and choosing Dream Wingz to cater an order for 200 party wings because disappointed would have definitely been an understatement. I gave 2 stars because the young lady at the counter was very polite and professional and because the wings were sauced really well. I truly hope your experience is better...
