Fantastic food and service! First timer here and I will definitely be back!

We ordered the crab rangoon as an appetizer and they were cooked to perfection...much different though than what I was accustomed to at other Asian spots.

My friend ordered the Bang Bang Chicken with fried rice as well. He really liked his and said that it was really good. Crispy chicken coated in a delicious sauce.

For my lunch I got the Hot Basil Stir Fry with beef and fried rice instead of the steamed rice. So full of flavor. A very generous portion of some of the best fried rice I have ever had! The beef was cooked amazingly with the mushrooms and hot peppers...this is a fantastic meal, the heat hits you and stays with you throughout the whole meal - PERFECT.

The ambiance is what I expect at place like this, but these little spots are generally so much better than the places that really think they have their stuff together with lots of stuff to look at.

The gentleman serving us, I presume it was Duke himself, was terrific. He was on top of everything and just a nice guy.

If you're looking for some good food, head over to Duke's Thai Food and grab you a plate. I will most...

I had the same BAD experience.

I'd been to Duke's diner once before and everything was okay. But this time I ordered the beef curry and I didn't like it. So when the waitress asked me, I told her I didn't like it. That was it. I wasn't rude or anything like that.

Although in truth, I had only managed a bite because it smelled so bad. I didn't tell anyone that of course.

So she went in and told the asian lady. The asian lady just stormed right out, yelled at me and made a BIG fuss before finally going back in. We were of course charged for the beef curry too.

I was totally shocked because she was outright rude! She even put what I didn't eat in a take out box and gave it to me together with our ticket. What was that supposed to mean?

That is the worst service I've ever had. The waitress was however very apologetic and said sorry that she made a mess. But it really wasn't her fault. It's the asian lady.

If you read the other review, you'd see that this isn't the only time it's happened. I'm not sure if it's because of racism. I'm asian. But I definitely don't think people should support this diner because they just have...

Last night, I visited Dukes Thai Food with my family and was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Although they had limited seating, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with quaint decor that speaks to their Thailand roots. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home.

However, the real star of the show was the food. We ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and Hot Basil with Beef as our main dish, and both were expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. We also tried their fried Wontons and Spring Egg Rolls as terrific appetizers. While we waited for our food Pimpar and the crew were busy back in the kitchen preparing everything fresh and oh-so-good.

The service was also exceptional, with our server checking in on us regularly and ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming atmosphere. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and we can't wait to return soon! 👉🏽 AP Score: A must-visit for authentic Thai cuisine ★ Instagram |...

My husband and I visited Dukes recently. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the husband and wife owners. Throughout the meal, we engaged in steady conversation about the city and its changes over the years as well as getting insight into other places to try since we are new to the city. We enjoyed the Crab Rangoons as appetizers. My husband devoured his shrimp dish. I am not a fan of chicken thighs, but my dish was super tasty. I really enjoyed the rice and veggies from my teriyaki chicken. Each dish was seasoned heavily so we did not need to seek out the salt shaker. We will definitely return as we truly enjoyed the friendliness of the owners, and the portion sizes were huge. You should not leave there hungry.
