I will give this DD a 4 star, instead of the 3 that I really think it deserves, ONLY because they are the better of the 2 choices in Clarksville. The parking lot, drive thru, and I side bldg itself, always seem to be maintained well. The only thing that really really bothers me about this location, is the customer service. I have rolled into the drive thru before, and was greeted with a "what do you want?" This is really odd to me, bc my last DD, was so exceptionally friendly. (I guess this one needs to have the workers take a couple shots of espresso, before beginning their shifts, just to have that little "perk." I've actually gone to the point if asking the employees what was wrong, bc literally EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, just looks so down trodden and miserable. The anonymous answer that I've recieved, was because the owners of the store, are usually ALWAYS there, and they run around micro managing EVERYTHING that EACH of the workers does/completes. They (the owners) do this DAILY, and that's including the fact that most of the time, they have NO CLUE, of how to work, even the register, or simple machines. I made a mental note of this fallacy, and sure enough, I saw it for myself. Whenever I tried to use my DD app acct, the owner became all flustered and angry, bc the scanning devise wasnt "working." He started yelling and then another employee came over and assisted, by saying, "you have to push this one button first before you use that. There was no thank you to her, she merely was told ok ok, and he did a flick of his hand, like go back to work. As far as food and quality is pertained, I only have gotten my food wrong twice, out of the 2 1/2 years that I have been here. It's always very warm, so you don't have to worry about microwaving it, whenever you get to your office. You always get a receipt with an optional survey to complete, for a free donut, on your next trip/purhase. I have filled this out many many times, and I have always kindly left this msg. Nothing has ever been done, by doing this. Nothing ever changes, except for whichever of the owners, has decided to show up that morning. You can always tell whenever the maindreaded one owner, in particular, is working; bc morale of the WHOLE DD team, just plummits dramatically. None of the employees can stand whenever he's working, bc of how extremely miserable, that they all seem. Forwarning....he has horible hearing, wears glasses ( but both of his 2 eyes are Still going in different directions), and he messes up the price on the register, ALLL OF THE TIME...SO BE CAREFUL WHENEVER HE'S AT THE REGISTER...
Read moreHorrible Horrible Horrible I went to this location to get a breakfast Croissant sandwich I usually check my food before leaving but it was early and it was just a sandwich so once I got to my location ready to eat my sandwich I open it and it was so dry and burnt that I could not eat it at all I was so disappointed. So I called them to inform them of how bad that sandwich was I called several time before getting someone to answer then once someone answered I go to start telling them about my sandwich and they hang up on me. I couldn’t believe it so I called back and it was no answer again but I kept calling because I could not believe they was acting this way, as I kept calling a man answered I start to tell him the story and he tells me to bring the sandwich back whenever I return, I said sir do you really want me to hold on to a sandwich until I return. He said yes I laughed I told him don’t worry about giving me the $4 that I paid for the sandwich I just want to let them know that they should not be giving people sandwiches that do not look Appetizing it was dry and hard and burnt and they knew that before they wrapped it up and placed it in that bag to give to me. Read moreOn 2/14 my husband went through the drive thru at about 7 am. The address is 1761 Tiny Town Rd a, Clarksville, TN 37042. He ordered 2 Big and Toasted sandwiches and brought them home. As I opened the bag I discovered doughnuts inside. I called the location as I began to tell them the issue the girl I spoke with knew what the sandwiches were before I even told her. She said I can have 2 ready for you if you want to come and get them or you can get them next time you come this way. I told her it was out of our way... I sent my husband there almost 15 extra miles to get this order. I asked her what they were going to do about the extra gas it was going to cost us. She said nothing.. I can give you the sandwiches or I can give you a refund... not both. I told her I wanted the manager and she told me he was busy I said I would hold. At that point she giggled and said OK and must have laid the phone down.. in less than a minute I was hung up on. I called back and it must have been the manager that answered I told him my issue and he asked to call me back. I told him no.. he kept on saying I'll call you back, ill call you back then he hung up. Didn't ask for my number just hung up. Tried to call back to no avail.. they must have caller I'd. There are other places to go for food. This place doesn't care...
