The staff provides quick and efficient service. Products seem fresh as well.... I don't know what system is used in the preparation of the beverages, but staff should seek to maintain that the quality is always the same. I purchased a chai tea latte twice and it was good, then the third time, it tasted like plain milk.... other than that, it's a great place to grab...

The food is great but that have HORRIBLY LONG wait times. One girl in front of me waited 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese (the bagel was already made, they didnt havr to make a new batch) i waited 25-30 for a bagel sandwich. They werent even slammed or anything. If there is gonna be a 20+ minute wait for a bagel, then maybe let the...

It wasn’t the worst bagel shop ever. Their sandwiches are great! But I got a bagel and I swear it had the thinnest layer of cream cheese I have ever seen. I may just be too much of a cream cheese person, but this was ridiculously skimpy. I am grateful that I got a side of cream cheese with it. The bagel itself was great though! Customer...
